The heck with him. Spitzer was the most self-righteous, vindictive, rat in that entire state. He actually called up the executive of a stock-brokerage who published a disagreement with his policies--told him he would pay for it and he was next. Tried to prosecute the CPCs too. Spitzer got what was coming to him.

I believe that more investigation is needed, however, if found guilty of comingling funds, or any other illegal act, he should receive just punishment.
