The Quiet Man. Even though there were some silly parts, but again it's Hollywood. However with John Wayne, Maureen O'Hara and Barry Fitzgerald (who was in the Bells of St. Mary's with der Bing Meister) it was a solid John Ford flick. Perfectly chosen actors for the roles. Beatuiful scene's of Ireland with some very tastful humor. A toast of the Blessed Brew to all of you CM folks. Saints Preserve Us. Sláinte!

Honestly folks, couldn't you come up with more than one real Irish film. Hollywood is not in Ireland and we have our own thriving film industry and accents such as Tom Cruise's are not Irish...yes there are real Irish actors like Colin Farrell, Pierce Brosnan, Gabriel Byrne, Cillian Murphy, Jonathon Rhys Myers, Peter O Toole, Brendan Gleeson and many more that American's may not have heard of. So please delete this poll or revise it to include real Irish films. These films display either a complete ignorance of Ireland or worse are racist towards Irish people.
