Bicycling and my income would drop as I would not be able to get to most of the places I need to go for work via bus for those sites farther away. So if I couldn't bicycle there, I'd truly be out of work. Even then I'd have to figure out how to carry more stuff on the bike or it wouldn't work. Maybe I just need to buy an electric car and not worry about the gas prices so much!

I live in a rural area and not only do I have a 20 mile drive on highway or gravel backroads to get to work, but I have a 4 yr old to take with me. None of these choices really work for me. I got a fuel efficient car, but that's the lowest I can go. Wish we had public transportation in the boonies :)
