I'm most thankful for the love of family, and a Thanksgiving well spent! Being with family, and being ones' "self" is the best love of all! These are the days and times most remembered and cherished! I'm grateful to God for all of His blessings, and am grateful for a much needed "long" weekend!

I lost my job in April and was out of work for six months. Right after losing my job, with no place to go in the morning, I decided that I'd go to morning Mass. It became a ritual for me. I'm so thankful that after a few months of unemployement, I found a new and better job! It was my Faith that got me through the hardest time of my life.

Since recently corresponding with someone who grew up in communist Czechoslovakia and what it was like growing up with so many restrictions, this year I am more grateful for my freedom. It is because of that freedom that I have the opportunity to share my faith, visit family, and take care of my health. Despite the challenges facing the US right now, we truly are in a blessed country.

Even though I had my heart crushed in October (fiance broke up with me after 6 years including during his incarceration), and left me with no money, and I am now staying at a friend's house, I am thankful for God and my faith, my Sons, my Family, my friends, my job and my health...Have a blessed Thanksgiving...Karen

I agree - we should have more than one button to select. I am very grateful for my Faith and Health this Thanksgiving. I keep saying the Serenity prayer due to a breakup after 1 1/2 years. My heart is still hurting, however; after praying and reading on this site - it really helps me to put everything in perspective. God Bless everyone and have a happy and blessed Thanksgiving.
