I really don't know why it isn't automatic that ALL Catholic churches post CatholicMatch on the back of their bulletin. It's disappointing & shocking how few male members are in my area. When I joined for 3 months, I at first thought that there would be a huge assortment of male Catholics in my area. I've been a member for almost 2 months now and have yet to actually meet someone!!! How very disappointing & discouraging!!!

I would love it if CM would conduct background checks on potential members, before they're allowed to become members. I'm fairly new and already had a bad experience I've reported to CM and posted in the Forums. Judging by the number of private responses I've received, while this is not the rule, other members have had similar experiences. Just sayin'

A free trial would be great. I recieved an email that I think was for something like that, but it had a code to enter, and entering it required entering credit card info... and I don't want to give that out unless I decide to subscribe. A simple "click to accept" free trial would help members know if they want a subscription.

I like that you have to pay because then it only gets the serious people on board. What makes them different from other websites is you don't have to stare at advertisements all day while on and you know everyone else on here is serious because they are a paying member too.

I didn't take the poll because none of answers fit. I find I promote Catholicmatch when I talk about the events I've attended. People seem interested in the events, but there are so few of them. Have you considered having a Catholicmatch rep in each diocese who could set up events?
