Absolutely! I don't know about other Diocease, but at least in the Wichita Diocease it is not only spiritually better, but the children perform better academically as well. There is also no tuition as long as the parents are active, tithing members of the Church, so there is scarcely ever a reason to send your children anywhere else. The only instances I can think of involve children in small rural towns who need special education programs that the Catholic schools are too small to offer, but in the larger schools, even that is not an obstical.

Yes since it supplements what is taught at home. All my education was in catholic schools and we interacted with students from other faiths including Muslims and learnt to respect their faith without compromising ours. They too learnt to live with us and since they we students in my school, everyone was compelled to attend the weekly mass and behave decently while at it.
