Its that time of year
again. Please join us for the 6th annual
CM Indy Christmas party! The Indy Crew
has established a strong tradition of hosting events that are warm, fun,
friendly, and affordable. We thoroughly
enjoy seeing friends from near and far, and are always excited to make new
friends. After all, this is how we all
met each other to begin with. Were
going to have a great time and wed love to share this special season with you.
Please come if you can. You wont regret it.
Rob (CM #362135) is both your contact point for all questions and information and your host for the evening. Come for just a while or enjoy the entire experience.
Mass; Pitch-In dinner & breakfast; Icebreaker games; White Elephant gift exchange; Christmas carols; board games; Catholic Fellowship and FUN, FUN, FUN!
Well start with the Vigil Mass at 5:30 pm at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church (14598 Oakridge Rd., Carmel, IN 46032). You can meet us at Mass or at Robs house after Mass. If you need to drop off food stuff at Robs house before Mass, please be at Robs by 4:30 pm (directions to Robs house will be provided by private message). There are several Masses on Sunday morning at OLMC if you need one.
The party officially begins at Rob's house at 7:00 pm. Come and stay as long as you can!
You are more than welcome to stay the night (especially out-of-towners). Well have separate places for men and women in spare bedrooms, on couches and on the floor. PLEASE bring your own pillow, air mattress & bedding. If you prefer, there are hotels nearby (www.comfortsuites.com #IN115). For anyone staying the night, we'll have a pitch-in breakfast Sunday morning and more good conversation.
This is one of the best CM Indy parties, so make it if you can! If you cant make it, join us another time. (Look for our annual Chili Cook Off in February 2014.)
Sign up by posting here on the CM event page. Please tell us if youll be joining us for Mass, staying overnight and what youll bring for the pitch-ins. Don't forget to check back here frequently, for updates. If you are new-- say you don't know anyone-- you've got plenty of time to get to know others who are attending prior to Dec 14. Please don't let that stop you.
A Pitch-In menu for both dinner and breakfast will be updated regularly. Everyone should bring their own drinks (soda or other beverages). We will post an explanation of the White Elephant gift exchange soon.
Please RSVP by December 1st (the sooner the better, so we can plan.) Im looking forward to celebrating the season with some of the best people I know.

What a terrific gathering! We had 30-35 people attend. People came from TX, KY, OH, IN, and WI. Some people braved bad weather Friday night and Saturday afternoon to gather with us. We truly appreciate the eagerness and effort everyone made to come, especially of those who came knowing no one and had never been to a CM event!
We had a blast! Mass together is still my favorite. Food was abundant and delish! The White Elephant keeps getting better and better! 2-3 hours of laughter! We caroled, played games, sang and had fabulous fellowship. It was hard to say good bye. We'll see each other again.
Btw, I think all are present and accounted for in getting home safely.

Will check the weather in the am. But my kids and friends are all pushing me to go. It's my first party in years! I won't know what to do. Lol. I've been mom for so long I've forgotten everything else. Praying and praying that I can make it. So excited to meet everyone. Yippie.
