When I was a kid I was told that we live in such a great country that anyone can grow up and be president. Obama has proved that. A person with the thinnest resume to ever hold the office. No political experience, no business experience, no real accomplishments. We have no access to his college records so no way to judge his educational experience.

He has managed to create an absolute cult like following and it is breathtaking. Get him off his talking points and he sounds like a complete dope. And with Biden riding shotgun we really have a 1-2 punch of real intellectuals.

You libs have got what you asked for, hope it works out for you.

And the lefties are always good at resorting to name calling and stereotypes. If we think he is unqualified then we are racists. If we don't agree with him we are unreasonable. If we don't like his policies we are obstructing progress. If voting pro-life is important, then we are one issue voters. What's the point of discussing healthcare, taxes, etc. if the unborn end up dead.

What also is the point of voting for representatives if those representatives are all supposed to "get along". Do you liberals actually stand and fight for what you believe, I think you do. What's the problem with conservatives doing the same?

It is clear to any thinking person that he completely lied about Libya and there are four dead Americans, the left doesn't care. This guy gets a pass on everything. The unemployment rate magically dipped beow 8% before the election and wow, shocker, it's now back up. 59 voting districts in Philadelphia recorded a zero for Romney. Some military ballots in Ohio were never counted, suppossedly were delivered a day too late. Sure, that's believable; and republicans are accused of stealing elections and voter suppression.

God help us, he's the only one that can.

And yes, secular progressivism is not only ruining our Church, but the moral fabric of every society it has ever infiltrated. You bet we - those of us who choose to remain obedient and faithful to our Holy Church - take that very personally. It's just now that we've decided that we've had enough of you people who work in earnest to destroy us from within, and we're putting an end to it.

President Blameless started a war when he chose to come after our religious liberties. It's a war that he, and progressives like you, will not win. The lines have been drawn in cement this time, and we're going to fight to the end... your end.

I hope you win your mythical war, Victor!

All true. But with the reelection of the least qualified man to sit in the White House in the last 100 years, the bar has been set so low that it has disappeared. The only possible way, while we are still nominally a democracy, for the bar to go any lowwer is if somehow Biden should become President.

Let us all remember this, in 2004, of the four major candidates; McCai/Palin and Obummer/Biden, even the one with the most qualifications was not qualified to be President, Palin.

Paul, of all, the the most qualified to become president was Palin? Another tongue firmly placed in cheek, right? Paul, you got be careful here. I know you are throwing bombs here and there for fun, but you got remember we got people here that read this stuff and possibly believe it. Those are who you might not want to psyche to much! Looll!

Karis, Myself, as well as some devout (Pro life Rrpublican) Catholic friends are praying (As the virgin Mother Mary has instructed us to!) for our country; religious freedom, and a culture of 'life!' This requires praying for our 'pro choice' elected leader, Obama! Will you join in support of our Catholic Faith (CHURCH) and pray for Obama's conversion? And, allow me to pray for yours as well? In our Lord Jesus Christ, Keith

I think I hear an argumentative tone so I'm only going to reply once. I was making reference to exit polls done by the media. I never said which values were Obama's or Romney's -- the news media polls just asked the question of voters "Which candidate shares your values?" and the majority answer was "Romney". The poll did not ask about specific values. Since Romney's stance on most issues is fairly well known then it seems (according to the poll) that the majority (how much of a majority I don't know) share those values. But again the only specifics given by the media were the ones I gave which was not much.

[QUOTE]I want to make sure that I get you right. Obama was elected by a coalition of a majority of white women (rich, middle class and poor, a majority of Latinos (rich, middle class, and poor), majority of African Americans (rich, middle class, and poor), a majority of Asian Americans (rich, middle class, and poor) In your mind of minds....

--hide--

"in your mind of minds...is INSANE!" OK, now I realize I'm dealing with a leftie who is angry because someone else does not share her opinion so I'm going to quit reading. Just because you disagree with me does not make me angry nor make me want to say your ideas are "INSANE!" The whole idea of tolderance is that others who disagree can voice an opinion without being given a hard time for it like calling their ideas insane.

I'm not angry that you disagree -- it's America.

God bless.

Sorry, meant to answer this part, too. If you re-read what I posted, I never claimed which values were whose. I just passed alone the results of an exit poll of voters done by the media. The only question about values asked during the poll was "Which candidate shares your values?" -- majority answer = "Romney". That's all I know about that. I think Romney's values are fairly well known so I won't bother repeating them here. But I was making a statement about the results of a poll. It apparently upsets you that the majority of respondants agree with Romney's values.

No, you want to act uncharitably by calling the ideas of those who disagree "INSANE!" and getting mad when people don't agree with you.

Again, I respect your right to have different opinions than mine and vote differently. It doesn't make me mad or want to say your ideas are insane.

God bless.

I love how you carefully pick and choose what words I said to make your point.

Hopefully you will understand it this time. Of the 4 she was the most qualified, BUT SHE WAS NOT QUALIFIED TO BE PRESIDENT.

Is that simple enough for you, or do you just get hung up on her name and not bother to read further?

Elsewhere I even gave Obummer credit for selecting the village idiot, Biden, as his running mate. That act guarantees that even members of his own party won't try to impeach him.

Eric, here are your full statements, no misplaced quotes...Just full statements.

"The poor & lower middle class tend to vote liberal because they give them money outright thru various social programs. Economic times are hard right now... more people needing handouts... ergo more people voted for Obama" Are you sure that the poor tend to vote liberal because gov programs. How about the poor in Louisiana, Texas, Alabama, Oklahoma, Mississippi, Arkansas? Are these rich states, Eric. Are you serious

These are not ideas, You are insulting people. I did not vote for Obama because I was offered money, period, nor did my wealthy friends!

That's why people voted for socialism. "To choose the other cadidate would have meant for more people to get less money in a recession when they need it" Are you Eric that there are no rich democrats, only socialists, and people getting more money from government. Is Warren Buffet a socialist? Who is a socialist? This is ver confusing.

....and here is my full statement

To suggest, therefore, that the majority of us who voted for Obama did so because of handouts, and gifts and not values is simply INASANE!

Eric, from what you have written, you have not allowed my opinion to stand. If I have an opinion that is different from yours, I was paid. Really. That is Romney's position as well. Even Newt has called Romney "NUTS" for his comments about gifts to the poor.

Then my question to you is: If the rich know you can buy votes, and that is how Obama did it, why not just go there and do the same? Just more INSANITY.
