The High Church Episcopalians had an Hieratic English Missal which they used in their liturgies. There was some talk of allowed it for the Anglican Use, but the form used is the Book of Divine Worship, initially published in 1980 as a use of the Ordinary Form of the mass, and one I would very much love to experience.
That said, there was in fact uses of the Tridentine Mass in vercular in some places. In the East, there are forms said in Old Church Slovonic, while there was also a form where some of the parts were in the language of the Mohawk, the Book of the Seven Nations.
