Please let me know what you might be interested in. In late August or early September, I will post an itinerary for the event.
Weekends under consideration are the Columbus Day wknd (Oct 11-14) and Veterans Day wknd (Nov 8-11). It worked quite well at CM Phx in the Spring where those able to come a day or more prior to the weekend did so and participated in things not on the schedule.

Josephine, we had 2 gals from the East Coast join the Spring event--one from NY and one from VA. I'm amazed at the bargain airfares people are able to find! (hint hint)

I have a full plate from August until the end of the year, so I am not sure if I can make time for another trip to Arizona. That being said, the November date would be better for me. As far as activities; I have always liked caverns and have been to a few here in the east. The Arizona Sonora Desert Museum sounds kinda cool too.
