Here in Canada, the man who is likely to be our next prime minister, the slick and shallow Justin Trudeau (son of Pierre), has just decreed that members of his own Liberal party who won't back its 'pro-choice' stance will not be permitted to run as Liberals in the next election. Since the Liberals have for many years tolerated the presence of pro-life members within the party, this represents a real switch. Trudeau has also, like his father, had some admiring words for dictatorship.
Thanks for writing Paul. What you say about the battles makes it all the more reason to have a separate CM forum. Right now, the ProLife posts are spread throughout who knows what forums, so it's hard to get a pulse on what's happening.
