Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,
This issue has been a really tough one for me. Are any of these issues really hard to talk about? I certainly hope I'm not the only one who believes in raising a strong Catholic family, putting my wife first and telling her how much I'd be willing to sacrifice for her, even die for her? Telling her how much I appreciate everything she does to keep the house running?
Does it appeal to anyone to want to grow in Faith, to get to know someone who believes in mutually benefitting one another, to build a safe home where virtue is encouraged and practiced? Where God is the center? Where a rosary is prayed daily? Where we aim to love and support one another, where things of this world are used but put on the backburner and thrown out if it compromises the unity of the family? Where putting God first, others second and yourself last, is constantly reinforced? Are any of these values still brought to the forefront of family life or is my view so passe.
I'm sure willing to die for this cause!
