I love the idea of going after work. I worked out a schedule with my mom to watch kids on a couple of week nights so my daughter and I can go together. When she is at karate with 2 of my other kids for 2 hours on Saturdays, mom will watch the little one and I go by myself.
I also have cut bad carbs carbs , caffeine, and all soda including diet. I am hooked on breadless sandwiches. I still want to snack at night, so I have been sure to not have anything but fresh fruit and veggies (usually I have a bag if pretzels or baked chips but I refuse to buy them).
I am not weighing myself. My NP suggested not doing that. She said to focus on how I feel and if I wanted any idea, I would be able to tell by my clothes..
