Some of the guys did participate. Fortunately, their expertise produced something edible. As for me, the best I could offer is Cajun-style cookies (blackened).

Ray, I love the effort. But as a Cajun from South Louisiana, I can tell you that "blackened" has nothing to do with Cajun cooking whatsoever. It's simply some marketing ploy from only God knows where. I'm afraid that "blackened" cookies don't mean Cajun, it just means you're a bad cook! biggrin
