I said I don't know how true your story is or not. I didn't say your story is untrue. And I never said you lied. I suggest you read what I wrote again.
So, let me get this straight. If the government takes my money and gives it to someone else, that is "socialism", right? So, if the government takes my money and gives it to the military, that is "socialism", right? If the government takes my money and gives it to crooked banks who gambled with their depositors money, that is "socialism", right? If the government gives money to Israel, that is socialism, right?
How do you know what they spend their money on? And who is this "they" you're referring to? Is "they" a carefully sampled cohort, or is it... well, what?
Finally, lets go back to my question: Do you have any idea at all how insulting and hurtful your comment might be to anybody here who might be on what you classify as "socialism" or "welfare" or any other pejorative word you've used over the last few days?
You should brush up on Socialism, James. Lets get to your question that you are rudely addressing to Cheryl. Do you
realize that there is nothing wrong with the words "socialism" or "welfare." In fact, they are quite innocuous. You, though,
have been taught by your cohorts to put a negative slant on them and are accusing Cheryl of using words that hurt people.
These are simple words that one learns in school. Trying to dictate how a person uses language is the first sign of a progressive.
After all, we still have freedom of speech in this country. At least so far.
