Lillian Teresa , That is the most scary read I have read in a long time and it is very true indeed. It has begone, it might take a while but it is on the way . You would have to be blind not to see it coming. Remember no one believed Noah, did they???

Cheryl, why do you feel that you are the only right ones. Everyone has an opinion good, bad or indifferent. We all need to listen. I have been listening to what people are saying, I may choose to disagree, is it wrong? I don't think so, am I a bad person because I don't agree with you? I don't think so and I don't think you are a bad person because we disagree.

We know that we are right because we know abortion is immoral. The Church has also made it clear that supporting politicians who support abortion rights is also immoral. Obama supports abortion rights, ergo supporting Obama is immoral. I hope that's clear.

Now, voting for Obama doesn't have to mean one supports his abortion agenda; one may be voting for Obama for another reason. The other candidates may also unacceptable, for example. But you don't seem to have much criticism of Romney. So, why not vote for Romney instead of Obama? Or is there some other issue to consider? You have been asked why a pro-life Catholic would vote for Obama, when Obama is the most pro-abortion, most anti-Catholic (cf. HHS mandate) president we've ever had; and you have yet to give us an answer. So, what is it? It is not sufficient to point out that everyone has an opinion and that we all need to listen to what people are saying. It is more important that we have correct opinions and we need to do what is right. In my first paragraph I laid out a clear cut syllogism proving why one should not vote for Obama. If the syllogism is valid and you choose to disagree with it, then yes, IT IS WRONG. I'm not saying you're a bad person, but you do hold an incorrect opinion. Or is my syllogism invalid? Or do you have some other reason why you hold your views? You may not wish to tell us, but without a reason that you KNOW is correct (not just one you think is correct, in your opinion), then it would be wrong not to follow the Church's instruction to oppose supporters of abortion, including at the ballot box.

Cheryl, Pravda is a Russian tabloid newspaper! The equivalent of the US's The Onion or National Enquirer. No value as serious journalism. "Man gives birth to 3-headed alien baby" is NOT factual.

Obama is NOT a communist or socialist!

Mary corrected you for me, but we also have his own words....all you have to do is look them up on youtube and he says himself that he believes in redistribution of wealth which is a communist theology.

2. Please show the link of this so-called tabloid story, "Man gives birth to 3-headed alien baby".

I believe you are referencing "Komsomolskaya Pravda", which is a Russian tabloid en.wikipedia.org versus "Pravda" en.wikipedia.org

3. Everyone knows Obama has multiple ties to Marxism and Communism!

The "man gives birth..." is an example of a tabloid headline.

Where did you hear about the Pravda/Obama article? I hope you don't say Fox News. Please. It doesn't require a degree in political science to know they are heavily right-wing.

I'll answer your question, though the means through which I learned about the article is a moot point. Whether or not I heard about it on Fox News is irrelevant to the validity of the Russian author's analysis. The future transmitters of his article shed no bearing on his life experiences and analysis. However, no, I haven't any idea if Fox reported on that article. I received it from multiple sources (acquaintances/friends).

I actually have friends who suffered unimaginable horrors in communist countries. They can smell communism an ocean away.

Speaking of friends who suffered inconceivable torture and persecution for their faith by communists, I highly suggest that everyone read this book. Josyp Terelya: Witness To Apparitions and Persecution in the USSR : An Autobiography

"This is the story of a mystic, a visionary, a suffering servant, a victim of Communism. It is the account of a nationalist, a rebel, a Catholic activist. Josyp Jaromyr Terelya spent much of his life behind bars because of his faith and evangelism. It is also the story of extraordinary events - allegedly supernatural events - that are said to have occurred in the Ukraine. The author has fought for the cause of Christianity all his life and in the most hostile of circumstances, including 20 years in prisons and camps." www.amazon.com

Historically, the Virgin Mary has appeared to forewarn, admonish, console, and give hope to those who live under communist persecution. This little clip includes Josyp Terelya. Although she appeared to him when near death in the Soviet prison cell, she, also, appearanced in village of Hrushiv in the Soviet Ukraine on the exact anniversary date and hour of the disaster of Chernobyl.

Florian, where have you been, have you been sleeping? I thought you didn't pick up on this thread. I'm surprised you voted for Romney and not the pres or Lyndon LaRouche? You are in the age group that supported the president or Lyndon LaRouche, who's been around for a very long time. If you were following my thread Mr. Romney left Massachusetts before his term was up and was politicking when the economy headed South. There are things I disliked about both and I heard from the pulpit what the Congress & president were doing. Again, I respect your opinion, but should I have voted for Mitt Romney because you, Tom, Micheal, Cheryl etal think I should. The last time I checked this still is a free country with elections every year and we can vote for any candidate. Did I ask you who you voted for? I don't recall I did but you attacked me for who you think I voted for.

I have one question for you, did you vote for only pro-life candidates on every level this election? That includes, Senators, state and national, congressional delegates state and national and governor.
