Saint Peter's Square was created so that more people could be in the presence of the Pope and was named after Saint Peter, one of Jesus's apostles.

and gaffer's tape is great for holding dance shoes together...especially when they decide to fall apart as you are going on stage
Many years ago I worked for a ballet company. No budget for real gaff tape, we used lots of duct tape. The dancers had all sorts of little hair pieces and other bits of costume. The joke was that they should stay away from us when they had costume problems. Else they'd end up with a tiara duct taped to their head!
LOL Angela. I think those compression stockings are strong enough to hold a door onto a vehicle!
Ok, I'm crazy for admitting this on a public forum, but here's a funny story...I had to wear those things after having a medical procedure on my legs. These things came way up to the top of my thigh but were so tight they would roll down and cut off all circulation. My remedy was to take a couple of those elastic things that hold bed sheet corners and hook one to my bra and run the other all the way down to the stocking. It worked like a charm, but I was praying all the way to work that I wouldn't get in a car accident and have my secret discovered!
Maybe I should market it as the garter for the over 50 crowd! Could be the next greatest thing since...duct tape!
They should at least find you handy." - Red Green
As a tribute to the colors of the season, what have you fixed with duct tape? And now, with all the colors and patterns available, it can even be used in decorating.
My son's band teacher admonished him for using duct tape to fix his trumpet. I didn't know he had done this, but was proud of his creativity.
I used black duct tape recently to fix some random piece on top of the lawn mower that fell off and I ran over. I don't know what it was for, but it still looks good and the mower doesn't seem any worse for wear.
Duct tape also makes short work of repairing book bindings.
One of my favorite TV shows -- Red and Green!
Can't think of anything I've ever used duct tape for ... will be reading all these responses, though, for some tips!
Years ago I was driving down "an old familiar road" and I saw a van parked along the curb. Nothing unusual...except...the van was completely wrapped from bumper to bumper, roof to runner in... duct tape!
You saw the Possum Van???
