It also says what anyone that's spent enough time in "Catholic" colleges such as the University of Dayton already know, which is that most of them are "catholic" in name-only, and are in fact more thoroughly secular and revolutionary than the secular colleges are. They are less "tolerant" to traditional moral truth or the True Faith precisely because they are the ones that cast the Truth off campus, and only a spirit of revolutionary apostasy will maintain the false cults they've snuck in place of traditional Catholic teaching.
There doesn't seem to be any indication (yet) from the news stories as to the identity of the vandals. They could be students, faculty or visitors to the campus from the surrounding community. I would suppose that anyone can come on to the campus. I doubt that a person would need to show identification of any sort to enter the campus. If an anti-Catholic person wanted to cause some mischief, what better place than a Catholic university campus.... More information is needed.
