I think we cradle Catholics have to take the responsibility to educate OURSELVES. Parochial school just doesn't cut it. I went to one K-8. Then I went to public high school. There, I was challenged in my faith and I had to learn why I believed what I believed. That ignited my love of study of theology, Church history, etc. So many people that I know from grade school are now no longer Catholic and just don't care about their faith. Catechesis has to go all the way through Catholic life, either through the parish, the diocese, or self-study.
This room is for discussion related to learning about the faith (Catechetics), defense of the Faith (Apologetics), the Liturgy and canon law, motivated by a desire to grow closer to Christ or to bring someone else closer.
