The US is going over more and more to the corporate fascist model. One way to control people is to make them into perverts. Do we need any more evidence that the drive for "gay marriage" is really just a massive brainwashing operation?

This is precisely what Wilhelm Reich suggested to his buddy Vladimir Lenin.

That is so ironic when Catholics, of all people, do not feel required to practice perfect chastity according to their state, yet complain about the direction this nation is taking. It's all connected, my friend. The idea that 'it's going to happen anyway' doesn't make it any less what we deserve when we cannot even fulfil God's laws.

Lenin was never a supporter of corporate ownership, in fact he was the opposite. He proposed central control of the means of production so that each citizen would recieve what they needed no more no less. Yes he was ruthless, manipulative and machevilliean in his activity but which government wasnt.

Question: Why are liberal so hated in the US?

Patrick, the philosophy of Hegel was adapted to the material dialectic, that spiritualized the material world, really. This philosophy is completely opposed to Christianity. The idea of the government using people to acheive a uniform ends requires the control of people's natural rights, and promotes them to choose out of fear the government over God. People ought to have a right to property, their traditions efficacious especially to meet the needs of raising a family, their religion, their right to build their own success apart from the government telling them how much they can make and how they must make it, etc. People ought to have the right to free competition, and have a living wage so they can raise a family --- as many kids as God so chooses, not determined by the government. The ONLY way to impose such a totalitarian regime is by being "ruthless, manipulative and machevillean".

Homosexual "marriage" "rights" are a curse in all Western countries at the moment not just the US. Australia, New Zealand, France, UK, Ireland all have Homosexual "marriage" "laws" in some stage in their legislative process. The only places you dont hear about it is Moslem, Jewish and Africa. I wonder why?

Could it be, oh, I don't know, that there still is a remnant of Christians who remember Sodom and Gommorah? Could it be that the remainng true Christians, the ones with the Sacraments as they were handed down by God (the Holy Bride of Christ), still have at least some influence over society? Could it be that these Christians (Catholics) haven't forgotten that holy matrimony ("matris" meaning, 'motherhood', and "moni", meaning "the duty (of)" still are not entirely confused for the fact that only one (1) man and one (1) woman have the ability in principle to procreate, and that this was instituted beyond a Sacrament in civil society in order to protect that potentiality for the natural production, education and development of families?

This isn't about redefining the principle of marriage to be about feelings, but to defend it for what it is in principle, in order to defend the good of families. You're upset because you want to redefine marriage apart from families, apart from the principle of procreation, apart from God's natural and divine laws.

"As political and economic freedom diminishes, sexual freedom tends compensatingly to increase. And the dictator (unless he needs cannon fodder and families with which to colonize empty or conquered territories) will do well to encourage that freedom. In conjunction with the freedom to daydream under the influence of dope and movies and the radio, it will help to reconcile his subjects to the servitude which is their fate." Actually, Huxley had it backwards: totalitarian regimes first promote sexual license after taking control of public libraries, universities, public schools and media. This is how they are able to promote their agenda by piece mail. A good example is the entire concept of the "sexual revolution", which did not originate with Gloria Steinem, as many young Americans assume, it was actually started by Wilhelm Reich. He had done many social experiments to figure out how to influence a large group of people that were difficult to persuade to do that which was aborhent to them. The toughest group to bend: Pious, religious women, particularly Catholic. He found that over time, if such a woman was in a social culture that demanded one acquiesse to it's lowered moral standards, she would eventually, little by little, assimilate. This was deliberately utilized by Lenin, from whom we here the phrase of Wilhem Reich first popularized.

My apologies, I didn't mean to say that Huxley had it "backwards" in his connecting the two issues, but the reverse order historically-speaking in the past century.

Yep...these researchers build on what was done in the past, going back centuries if not millennia. According to Antony Sutton, the Bolsheviks received crucial support from very prominent American financiers. So the Soviet Union had the unfortunate opportunity to serve as a guinea pig for many bad ideas emanating out of the West.

Shoot. I must have ADHD. I forgot to make the connection for those who might not already know: Hegel's dialectic philosophy is what inspired the material dialectic of Karl Marx, which in turn, inspired Lenin.

Have no problem with that but the original premise of Marx was based on that similar to the Kibutzism, each to their need, social support of the majority especially the disposessed and lowest in the society.

The majority of the world has some of socialism in the sence of support of social outcastes and the poor, they all have personal property rights, they are not mutually exclusive. Just people before property. You wouldnt call the US totalitarian, yet it has imprisonment without trial or charge, it has strings attached to aid, insists on laise faire economics within all trade agreements it enters into, laws allowing for the spying on and elimination of its citizens. The Soviets had the KGB, Military Intelligence (3), and the Police (Milita). The US has NSA, CIA, MIlitary Intelligence(5), Paragon, Homeland Security, State Police, FBI, local Police, DEA, Tobacco Arms and Explosives Agency, Space Command, and several others- freedom is a realitive term. What I am saying generalisations are sweaping and wide and not always accurate.

Personally I think the rich have a moral and ethical duty to care for the less fortunate, as Christ commanded. I dont care what you call it, it one of the 7 Cardinal Virtues, love your neighbour as yourself.

Still doesnt answer why liberals as a Party and Group are so hated in the US.
