CatholicMatch’s newest forum room launched earlier this month. It’s intended to simplify your CatholicMatch experience.
Although the average response to a customer service ticket is only about eight hours, we think many of our members will find the perspective of other users helpful when asking certain types of questions about the site.
The forum has already elicited an array of questions. Daniel-485973 asked about the difference between being not interested in chatting and having a chat declined. Lisa-572677 wrote that she has struggled to add captions to her pictures. And Marybeth-526661 chimed in, saying, “I can’t see my chat boxes or friend lists.”
Nate explained the reason for the new forum last month in a blog post. “We have multiple staff members whose only responsibility is to answer questions about the site,” he wrote. “And while we are happy to provide that service, many of these questions could be better answered by either our staff or community members in a place easily search-able and more accessible than a list of frequently asked questions.”
