Resurrection

Pope Francis celebrated his first Easter Sunday Mass as pontiff in St. Peter’s Square.

According to Catholic News Agency, Pope Francis urged the faithful to let the power of Christ’s resurrection enable them to work for peace.

He said: “Dear brothers and sisters, Christ died and rose once for all, and for everyone, but the power of the Resurrection, this passover from slavery to evil to the freedom of goodness, must be accomplished in every age, in our concrete existence, in our everyday lives. How many deserts, even today, do human beings need to cross! Above all, the desert within, when we have no love for God or neighbor, when we fail to realize that we are guardians of all that the Creator has given us and continues to give us. God’s mercy can make even the driest land become a garden, can restore life to dry bones (cf. Ez 37:1-14). …

“Let us be renewed by God’s mercy, let us be loved by Jesus, let us enable the power of his love to transform our lives too; and let us become agents of this mercy, channels through which God can water the earth, protect all creation and make justice and peace flourish.”

Christus resurrexit! Resurrexit vere! Christ is Risen!

May you have a blessed and holy Easter.

Amen! The more we love Jesus, the more we are able to render our compassion and mercy unto others. Jesus loves each of us INFINITELY! He died for each and every one of us individually. He knows each of us by name. If He can humbly do that for each of us, then can’t we do the same for each other? We can change others only as much as our degree of inspiration, is it positive or negative?

The measure of love we give to one another is the measure of love we give God. Think about how much God gives us in return. We should be overjoyed at all times and contemplate the real goal of happiness … seeing the face of God .

“My god I believe, I adore, I hope and I love thee. I beg thee forgiveness for those who do not believe do not adore, do not hope and do not love thee”.
Dear Jesus my risen lord and friend. I thank you for the gift of life, prayer and compassion.
I ask of you to grant peace and love to all who seek love and protection in their lives, through your infinite direction and engulfing light.
    All praise to you.

Jesus answered and said unto him, If anyone loves me, he will keep my word; and my Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him. (John 14:23), I love you Jesus Christ.

Jesus and holy spirit—So many people in the world-even those who call jesus Lord-rush around tending to the cares of life and neglect the things of the spirit. I am filled with joy because you make an effort to spend time with Me. It thrills My heart. I love it when you lay aside the things that try to pull your attention away from our time together–when you say “no” to those things and “yes” to My heart. I love it when you stop for even a few minutes in the middle of your busy day to say, “I love you.”
    ~PRAYER~
I’ll admit that the hustle and bustle of life—and the difficult circumstances that come my way—sometimes distract me from your presence. Prick my heart when I am focusing on the wrong things so that I will turn my attention back to you.

I lost my Mother on April 19, 2016 at 12:55 pm. I was right beside her as she took her last breath. I believe she is in Heaven right now looking down on me. I can’t explain how the Holy Spirit gave me the graces and mercy and love. I felt so much peace at that moment that I knew Our Lord was right there guiding her home.

We prayed the Divine Mercy and minutes after she passed.

How powerful Our God is. I am so grateful He took her and kept her from suffering any longer.

Life is so short, we need to make it count and not spend time being bitter, angry and resentful.

Thank you God for the your love and mercy

All Glory Honor and Praise to you!!!!!!
