Yes, Eliot should do prison time and in fact more time than what the average offender gets. Those who make and enforce the laws should be held to a higher standard of accountability.

The heck with him. Spitzer was the most self-righteous, vindictive, rat in that entire state. He actually called up the executive of a stock-brokerage who published a disagreement with his policies--told him he would pay for it and he was next. Tried to prosecute the CPCs too. Spitzer got what was coming to him.
