Having issues with people dressed immodestly at Mass .. ?

Want a solution ?

Stop going to the Novus Ordo.

Start attending the Tridentine Mass, Extraordinary Form, Traditional Latin Mass.

Problem solved.

I don't care for the normalization of cross dressing. It's not a problem with the men though.

I would say dress appropriately. We are going to the temple of God to celebrate the biggest Thanksgiving (Eucharist ).

Do you go for a Thanksgiving dinner in beach clothes, mostly naked or in dirty rags?

Do you go to a wedding or a funeral on beach dress?

If you don't, then why do you disrespect the Lord and give distractions and temptations to the worshippers?

I do not think we need to be in expensive clothes, because many may not be able to afford them. All we need is dress with modesty and respect.

I noticed that people from other Christian denominations and other faiths dress appropriately when they

Go to worship. Visitors have a dress code to enter the Basilicas in Rome.

Therefore, all of us including the lector sand Eucharistic ministers should be dressed modestly.

I thought there was Mass/Church etiquette. I wouldn't wear a Brazilian- thong bikini uncovered, to visit the House of God, Mother Church. It's almost when invited to your date's parents' house for dinner. But the House of God is much more sacred. While I won't judge or put them down because we don't know why people dress the way that they do.

Church is the house of God. It is a sacred place for worship. Proper dress code must be observed by every church goer they be children, youth, adult,.parent to the oldest church attendee. Ladies must avoid sleeveless tops, mini skirts, shorts, revealing tops/clothes, but rather wear appropriate and decent clothes.

There is an issue of modesty in the church however we are supposed to accept people where they are in their faith journey and gently guide them toward modesty leading by example first.
