If the home was cluttered but clean, that wouldn't be so bad but all the others are bad. Like the other comments it shows a lack of respect for others and for themself.

Tardiness. Interruptions would be bad too but It is more troubling to me when something gets postponed or canceled because somebody is late. Interruptions is also bad but the rest I can put up with.

Regular smoking would definitely beta turn-off, but I put frequently interrupts because that's just a lack of respect. I'm OK with the occasional smoke of a cigar or cigarillo once a month or so, even though I don't do that myself. Poor personal grooming is a big turn-off, too.
