If everyone is still game....lets still meet at 2 (my party will be a little late since Mass doesn't get out unti 1:45) we can eat and hang out and if the rain does decide to REALLY rain, we can reconvene at a local winery. Barrel Oak is a great one to hang out at for a couple hours (the wine will help too:)

So much for getting the chance to email y'all this week about the picnic... I just sent a note to everyone, but I am posting it here as well..................
Hopefully it's not 'too little too late' here-- I just wanted to let y'all know that I'm still planning on picnic-ing tomorrow. Though there is a chance of rain, I have high hopes for at least a few hours before the rain chases us inside! I'm thinking we could head to a local winery --I've head good things about "Barrel Oak Winery"...
Hope to see y'all out there tomorrow!! :)

Hi Everyone!! I sent an email out to folks early last week... hoping folks got it, however some of you may not have.. I am posting it here to make it easy for everyone to see.. a few things have already been 'claimed' so please let me know what you'd like to bring so we don't have too many of one thing.... Here's a brief list of foodstuffs I've thought about:
Cold cuts -- (make your own sandwich?) + Bread
Hot Dogs/Brats/Burgers (possible) (***Would need a volunteer, or two, to grill if we decide to take this route... also... charcoal/lighter fluid)
Desserts*.... multiple options are always nice.... heheheee ;-)
(*Brownies, cookies, cake, jello/whipped cream.... xyz. )
SODA: Please bring something specifically for yourself.. but if you want to bring a beverage to share that's great too! :)
***Please, any further suggestions, comments, etc will be EXTREMELY WELCOME!!
I don't want to make the meal an elaborate affair, but I do want everyone to be happy/well fed!
