Living out my faith is the most important part of my life. I had a prodigal past and Jesus saved me and the Holy Spirit sanctified me and continues the work of my sanctification. I was born catholic but I didn't begin understanding my faith until around 9 years ago and I love it. I have two dogs that I like spending time with. I enjoy hanging out with family and friends. I have a fatherless 15 yr old God son living in my neighborhood that I drive to school each morning, and I also have several non catholic kids in my neighborhood that I like spending time with. They go to Church with me and I help them with their homework. I find joy in helping others. I would love to share my life, love, graces, kindness, humor, heart & soul with an attractive catholic woman in the near future. I believe God has prepared me. Although I believe that discernment is an important part of marriage.

I enjoy any type of activity that engages my mind. I don't consider myself a bookworm, but I'm trying to read more; mostly nonfiction. I enjoy any type of outdoor activity. When the weather's nice, I enjoy hiking, camping, skiing, biking & ultra races. I recently went skydiving for my 32nd birthday. Although I don't have a pet now, I'm an animal lover. I volunteer every Sunday with the high school youth at my church. I love working with kids of all ages & feel like I learn more from them than they do for me! I'm open to most types of music. Basically, anything that inspires or elicits emotion. I see my Catholic faith as a daily journey toward Heaven. I believe that Jesus left us the perfect Church & the tools that we need to obtain holiness. That's my goal. To get to Heaven & bring as many people with me. Ultimately, this will mean leading my wife & children to Heaven, but for now, it's striving for sainthood by attending daily mass, the "hospital for sinners". Although I long to be in a committed relationship, my goal is to find completeness in Christ and total dependency on him.

I am most passionate about being a father to my eight year old son. I coach youth hockey, youth soccer and am also a Cub Scout Den Leader so I am always on the go. I have been employed as a financial advisor with the same firm for 17 years but my job does not define who I am. Rather, my love for family, my service to others and my faith in Christ offers my best reflection . In my down time, I enjoy kayaking, camping, pets, fitness, taking care of the yard and just goofing around. I strive to begin and end each day with a gentle heart, a loving spirit and a balanced countenance.

I enjoy being outside, seeing movies, and just enjoying life. I am recently graduated with a degree in History and Education and I am currently pursuing my Masters in Cultural Studies. I love being active, playing soccer and basketball in undergrad. I hope to one day become a history teacher and possibly coach as well. My faith is really important to me and I hold it dear to my heart (figuratively and literally as I wear my saint medal every day). If there is anything else that you would like to know, just ask me!

I was born down in the hollow in the Ozark hills where I lived on the farm for about 40 years. I now live in Alabama, but I go back to the Ozarks several times a year. I grew up working with my mother in the garden, playing in the creek, hunting and trapping in the woods, coursing bees, making sorghum, custom combining, building fence and hay barns. It was then that I traveled to Europe and when returning, learned to fly single engine airplanes, both land and sea. I weld and work on equipment in the shop, cut brush and firewood, make hay, manage a small herd of Brown Swiss dairy cattle here in southern Alabama. I raise and sell organic produce, have a couple ponies, some poultry and I like the work, it is rewarding! I also enjoy dutch oven cooking, canoeing, camping, aviation, horseback riding, singing harmony and playing the violin a little.

I am a visionary. I like to put things together. It doesn't have to be grand but I have organized 5K runs, weddings, benefits, showers and parties. I love to entertain. I love to have people come into my home and feel the love that is shared here. I have worn many hats in my life from farmer's daughter to being professionally educated. I enjoy a quiet evening on the back porch with a little fire and good conversation. I love to dance especially when a man twirls me. The most influential event in my life was making my cursillo. That was life changing for me.

Life is full of surprises , too short to be focused on smaller things, just go on with the flow and explore wherever it takes you. I firmly believe in these sentences. I always believe faith, Helping those in need and duty of one's existence are the main essence of leading a religious life. I consider my parents one of my biggest strength's. As I am nobody in this world without them. I enjoy hanging out with my friends and cooking in my leisure time.

My children are in their early twenties and finishing up school. I am about to be an empty nester, so it is time to start thinking about who I would like to spend the rest of my life with. I am hoping to find a good Christian man that loves God and wants the church to be a big part of our life together. I love to travel and see new places. I've been in graduate school finishing up another degree and so haven't had much time for hobbies, but I do love to be outside- walking the greenway, going to parks, hiking in the mountains. I also enjoy visiting museums.
