39, Cooper Landing, AKHi my name Is John and I live in a small town called Cooper Landing. It is 100 miles south of Anchorage, Alaska. My main goal in life is to make it to heaven. My hobbies include playing, writing and learning about music. I also enjoy reading books, watching movies, cross-stitching and riding my motorcycle. I think that marriage is a lifetime commitment that shouldn't be taken lightly. I believe that when two people go into it with the same intention that it can be a blessing. I am a smoker but am trying to quit.
46, Anchorage, AKI would describe myself as hard working, easy going, independent, honest, quiet, and somewhat shy until you get to know me. My work is very demanding at times, but I have gained valuable opportunities that have benefited me personally. I am very active, but I also try to spend time with my family and friends. I have many interests from woodworking to just watching tv, playing games, and listening to music. I like to get out and have fun including going camping, golfing, snowmobiling, fishing, live music & concerts, and traveling to name a few things. Hawaii and Mexico have been awesome every time I go, but I would also like to see the rest of the world. For exercise, I go to the gym on occasion, running, and riding bike. I listen to all kinds of music, but not into rap. I enjoy a good beer, humpies, and going to the bears tooth.
25, Sitka, AKHeyyyy! My name is Caitlin. Currently, I'm living the island life in Southeast Alaska, but was raised in the Bluegrass State. I'm a bibliophile and all-around nerd. I may (or may not) have a small Netflix addiction, but not to worry, I love the outdoors and hiking, which is good because I live in a rainforest. I enjoy the finer things in life like a well-aged bourbon, Latin, reading, and the smell of fresh cut grass. Humor is a huge part of life and love and I enjoy laughing and making others laugh :D I love to travel, because I am a cliche, but really travel has been an important part of my life and career. I'm shy but like meeting new people---so any questions just ask :)
37, Glennallen, AKMy name is John, and I moved to Alaska from Wisconsin to be a teacher of Technology and Vocational Arts. My parents and siblings still live in Wisconsin and surrounding states, but I also have a supportive surrogate family here in Alaska. I was previously married, honorably faithful through it all. I have two beautiful daughters that I pour my heart and soul into, and they make each day worth living. I love German Shepherds, and had one as a member of the family, but he is no longer with us. It has been hard without him, and when I know what God has in store for my future, I would like another.
36, Anchorage, AKI'm just a regular guy who grew up in a small town in Montana. I'm on here to meet genuine people who share my values. If you're on this site your values must be important to you.
27, Sterling, AKI am a 27 year old Alaskan, engineer turned farmer, and convert to the Catholic Church. Growing up in rural Alaska I love being in the outdoors, living off the land, and working with my hands. I grew up in a strong Christian home and was home-schooled k-12. After earning my engineering degree in Colorado, I worked a rotation schedule as a field engineering for an oil and gas service company off the coast of Central West Africa. During my days off I enjoyed staying and traveling with friends in Europe and learning about their cultures and language. During my free time on the drilling rig I read a lot of books on the christian faith and farming and it was during that time that I knew I needed to come home to the Catholic Church. I spent the last two years working on a farm in Central Texas and enjoy going to Mass several times a week, schedule permitting. I recently completed a 5 week long road trip back home to Alaska starting on the East Coast via a very circuitous route of over 10,000 miles. Currently I am working with my father in the family construction business with plans of starting my own farm in the future. In my leisure time I enjoy reading and studying, puttering around in the shop, watching Netflix, dancing, playing music, and discussing theology with family and friends.
30, Fairbanks, AKMy name is Claire, I'm originally from Michigan, but after a lot of travel and moving around, I decided to make my way up to Fairbanks, AK and get to know the North West United States a little bit more. I relocated here at the beginning of the Winter season and I'm looking forward to exploring the state a bit more in the next couple years. I make friends easily and try to live simply. I believe that God has me here to be a light and bring life to those around me. Although very Catholic, I appreciate ecumenism and getting to know people from other faith traditions. JPII writings are some of my favorites, but I'm trying to broaden my horizons. I want to have a partner who is open to connecting with people from many christian backgrounds, but who is fiercely in love with the Catholic church and its teachings. No one is perfect and I don't expect it, but I hope to be with someone who strives for holiness and wants to get to Heaven. I LOVE to travel by any mode of transportation: cat, boat, bus, plane, cruise ship...all good in my book. In my free time i sing, crossfit, kayak, play strategy board games, laugh, and have good conversations. I enjoy my work and love what I do. My new year's resolution is to complete a chest to bar pull up by the end of the year...I have a long way to go.
60, Cordova, AKMy faith and my family are the most important passions in my life. I love to go to daily Mass. In my spare time I enjoy swimming, walking, watching movies, going to the theater, and spending time with my friends, family and my only daughter. I am currently residing in Cordova Alaska for three months but Colorado is my home base. I am always looking forward to where the Lord will lead me on my next life adventure.
26, Kenai, AKI am 25 and looking for someone to have a friendship/relationship with. I am a little shy but once I get going I can talk your head off. I love reading, traveling and almost every kind of music. I have never been a rugged outdoors person but I do enjoy nature. My family has always been an important part of my life, and I hope the person I find has just as good of a relationship with their family. I have a strong love for my faith and I again hope to share that with someone. I work in the medical field, which means I can sometimes work long hours some days. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I play the violin, read and occasionally come up with some art project to complete. I have done some traveling abroad, which I absolutely loved. Although traveling out of the country is awesome, I also enjoy a road trip to the Homer beach just as well. Overall, I would describe myself as laid back and easy going. I love meeting new people and having a good time.
