45, Los Angeles, CAI'm a bright, witty and funny person. (Or so I've been told.) Although I'm a deep person (who thinks too much sometimes), I also enjoy the wacky and ridiculous things in life. It's important to be able to talk about and deal with the sublime and the ridiculous matters in life, to be a peron of both gravity and levity. In short, it's important to be--or strive to be--a man for all seasons. At the top of my list of passions are my Faith, my family and my friends. Next are learning, reading, and the arts--especially music and movies. I also love camping and hiking. Several of my goals are to hike the AT (at least part of it), to hike the PCT (at least part of it) and to visit every national park in America. (I've been to Arches NP and Redwoods NP, both amazing!) Finally, the best bumper sticker I ever saw read, "If you can't beat them, *arrange* to have them beaten." :-)

I use these tools in order to stay committed towards achieving a holy life, though the path is not always smooth. I am a loyal friend and love to bring out the best in others. I am also good at mingling with people from all faiths and backgrounds- I think that that is something that we are called to do as part of our Christian apostolate. I am also very hardworking, and love my family. It is because of the sacrifices that both of my parents made that I am able to live this beautiful life.
38, Los Angeles, CAHi! I recently moved to California from Philly and I'm enjoying this great weather. I enjoy my job of taking care of kids with respiratory illnesses and being a advocate for the ones who unable to speak or walk due to intellectual disabilities. Everyday I'm challenged and learning new things that are so personal to families and privileged to help them. When I'm home, I love trying out new places to grab a bite to eat, checking out museums or taking a hike. Prior to moving I kayaked in my free time and unfortunately couldn't bring the kayak with me. I am also learning to crochet although it's harder than it looks. Reading for pleasure is another joy of mine
