66, Napa, CAI must confess that I am a hopeless romantic. I am passionate about my faith and my family. I have two adult daughters and four grandsons.Teaching has been my true vocation and it has meant so much to me. I am fortunate because of business interests to be financially independent. I love traveling especially to the seashore. I am happy reading, swimming, tennis, walking, cooking and researching family history. I am happy using my imagination, exploring, and solving mysteries. I enjoy opposites! I can go to a hotdog stand one day and dress in a tux the next. I can be very social or spend silent time in a monastery.
31, Napa, CAHello! I am a passionate Catholic who loves to live life abundantly and enjoy its many blessings. I love outdoor adventures such as running, biking, and hiking both in the mountains and near the beach. I have recently discovered a budding passion for camping and backpacking! I also love to read everything from easy and light hearted novels to Saint biographies and more. The Sacramental life of the Church is the source of my strength and my delight. I am daily inspired and supported by amazing friends and family. I love working with little children who teach me what it means to completely trust and truly rejoice in the precious gifts of God. It is my passion to share the beauty of our faith with others and be daily challenged in my own walk with Christ.
20, Napa, CAMany people would describe me as a very passionate person. And I would agree with them; I firmly believe anything that is worth doing at all should be done in the best possible way that it can be. Other people would describe me as a very busy person, which would also be true. I am involved in multiple service opportunities, I attend college full time, and I currently work two part-time jobs. Finally, still others would describe me as a religious person, though Im not sure what that means. I think it has to do with the fact I darken the door of a Church on other days other than Sunday . . . What are some things I'm passionate about? One of the biggest ones is the necessity of community service by youth, especially Catholic youth. The best way to convert someone (other than through prayer) is through example, and if we are not out in the world showing the beauty of our faith, the opportunity to bring others to grace is lost. There have been so many influential people and experiences in my life that God has used to direct me towards His will. I was born and raised a Catholic, which was a miracle in and of itself seeing my parents were married outside the Church but converted back to the Catholic faith before my older brother was born. I had and still have a good group of Catholic friends, who inspire me and encourage me. There have been many priests who have directed me and helped me. What can I say? God is good. As for leisure time, I love to hike and play soccer with anyone who is willing, though I often don't have time for that nowadays. Most of my spare time is spent reading, playing hacky sack (an activity I picked up in Italy over the summer), or attending Catholic young adult meetings. Obviously, an introduction typed on a website can only tell someone so much about me.
21, Napa, CAI am a full time college student currently working towards a BS in Kinesiology at HSU. I enjoy a good outdoor activity just as much as staying in. I am very passionate about the medical and education fields. In the future I hope to be a physical education teacher and eventually work my way into becoming a physical therapist. My family is very important to me and the reason why my faith is so important to me. Some of my hobbies are cooking, reading, playing games and dancing. I used to do collegiate ballroom dance but transferred to a school without a team.
57, Napa, CAI'm very fun and caring, and have a good sense of humor. I love nature and the outdoors - beaches, mountains, etc. I also love to travel and experience and understand other cultures. My kids are all grown-up now and graduated from college, so I have more time on my hands now to travel and do fun things. Maui's my favorite place to visit. I'd like to find someone who's unique, fun, honest, spiritual, active, adventurous, compassionate and trustworthy - like me! ... to share all the wonderfulness in life. Someone I could become friends with and maybe more...
68, Napa, CAI am a 5th generation Californian ending a career in the law. A graduate of Notre Dame, I have 3 adult offspring who are close to me but who live out of state. All are financially independent, as am I. At present I divide my time between Northern California and the Yucatan. In the next few decades of my life I plan to fulfill a long held dream of creating a non-profit which will export into 3rd and 4th world countries some of the vast reserve of talent, treasure and goodwill that exists in the lives of American Catholics, especially those who formed during their social consciences in the 60s and 70s. The geographic center of my soul just might be the Abbey of Gethsemani in Kentucky. Last year I read Masters of War, a history of the US in Latin America, David Brooks' the Road to Character, A History of Indigenous People's of America, The Season of the Witch, and Paul Ellie's work "The life you save might be your own" about Flannery O'Conner, Dorothy Day, Thomas Merton, and Walker Percy. My politics are left/center; my heroes tend to be creative souls who recognize we humans are alive as part of a continuum of forces in the universe which we can either advance toward the beloved community or retard by our nonchalance. I love to eat, drink (moderately) and be merry. As a former university level athlete, my recreation tends toward the athletic, but I also play classical piano, and enjoy festive meals with friends in great conversation. I am blessed with a large and interesting family, and have been lucky to have traveled extensively, both domestically and abroad
37, Napa, CAWell, I'm still not too sure about this online dating thing. I'm just hoping to find a decent woman with the same faith, principles and values as me. I figure this would be a good place to find someone like that. I'm a nice, kind, polite and friendly/shy guy who may appear to be very serious and introvert at first but once I get to know people it's easier for me to open up. I like road trips and travel to other countries as well. I enjoy watching movies, listening to music, reading a good book and more...
33, Napa, CALooking for a friendship with people in this area .. I'm ready for this aventura .. I wish to hear from you soon .. I'm a on going person with good humor
