37, Redwood City, CAI'm passionate about my Catholic faith and constantly strive to be the person that God wants me to be. It's important for me to be with someone that loves God and their faith and wants to grow spiritually together. I enjoy meeting new people and volunteering to help others in their journey of faith. I'm close to my family and look forward to having a family of my own someday, God willing. I'm goofy, joyfull, nerdy and a practical joker kind-of-guy. I find optimism in often reflecting that all good things come from God and that all obstacles, challenges and sufferings bring us closer to Him. Bearing our daily crosses with acceptance, no matter how insignificant or how great, ultimately make us stronger and happier. Some of my interests include: Photography, traveling, snowboarding, camping, rollerblading, hiking, biking, softball, wandering through museums, picnics on the beach, reading, dancing (or trying), wine tasting, finding new restaurants, good movies and simply enjoying the simple yet incredible things life has to offer, like a good cup of coffee, a colorful sunset, hearing a song that suits a moment, the summer smell of a barbeque and pillow fights.
47, Redwood City, CAMy name is Luke and I live in the San Francisco Bay Area on the Peninsula. I was born there and have spent most of my life living here. I attended my parish grammer school, graduated from Serra High School, the Catholic all-male HS in San Mateo, and went to St. Mary's College in Moraga. I currently work in public service in local government, and reside in the same house I grew up in. I guess you could call me a "local boy". I like to travel, and have traveled to Ireland, England, Scotland & Wales, Italy, Germany, Poland, Canada, Sweden, Malta, Iceland, Austria, Croatia, and also to Japan and Israel. The place I have visited the most is Ireland, where my father is from. My other interest is gardening. I like to work out, lift weights and go for a run on a weekly basis. I still keep in touch with good friends from high school, and on a regular basis go out for dinner and drinks. I have two cats and feed five others outside! I think I have a good sense of humor and I enjoy making others smile and laugh! My Catholic faith is very important to me. Though I strive to be a good and faithful Catholic, I am not always. I attend early morning Sunday Mass without fail, and if I didn't go, I wouldn't feel I'm starting the the day out right. I've always perfered a "quick" Mass that's reverent and with not too much singing! I participate and volunteer at the parish with the St. Vincent de Paul Society delivering food and visiting the vets at the Menlo Park VA. I also participate in and help out each year with crowd control and security at the January Walk for Life in San Francisco. I'm looking for a girl, who is caring and likes to enjoy life, who I can get to know and who gets to know about me too, marry and start a family, and share our lives together.
42, Redwood City, CAHi! My name is Patrick. I've been always a firm believer that the best foundation of a lasting marriage is God at the very center of the relationship and genuine love that is built on trust, honesty, openness and respect. If there is one thing that I am most passionate about is helping others in any way I can. I always believe that our blessings become real blessings if we use those blessing to bless others specially the poor and needy. I am always inspired by the story of the Good Samaritan and the line from the prayer of Saint Francis that says, "it is in giving that we receive, in is in pardoning that we are pardoned and it is in dying to self that we are born to eternal life ". Our life here on earth is fleeting, it's just a vapor on the face of eternity, God can take us anytime. Jesus said, "Don't lay up treasures on earth but lay up treasures in heaven. Where your heart is, there your treasure is." Also, St. James said, "Faith without work, is dead."... So as much as possible and in spite of my weaknesses, I try my best to practice my Catholic faith in a concrete way by following the example of the Good Samaritan. In a nutshell, this is who I am, this is what I believe in and this is primarily what influence my life...
