Life is good and I love living it to the full! I am so blessed. I have parents and a sister who I adore to the moon and back. I love animals, and have a fantastically obedient dog and an amusing and opinionated cat. I've always considered myself Catholic, but I didn't really know my faith and didn't agree with Church teachings for most of my twenties. One of the worst experiences in my life actually ended up being the biggest blessing from God, because it sent me running to Him for comfort and hope. God cracked open my heart and started transforming me. He is so patient and loving. He helped me learn the truth about my faith piece by piece, so I was never overwhelmed. Now I'm fully in agreement with the teachings of the Church. I love attending faith formation events to continuously learn more about my faith and deepen my love for God. I love reading (mainly fiction, lives of the saints, and faith formation). I also love hiking, dancing, and horseback riding whenever I get the chance. And the summer season just doesn't seem complete without at least one camping trip. :) I think of myself as sweet, funny, passionate, optimistic, honest, practical, affectionate, forgiving, and a good friend.

My name is Luke and I live in the San Francisco Bay Area on the Peninsula. I was born there and have spent most of my life living here. I attended my parish grammer school, graduated from Serra High School, the Catholic all-male HS in San Mateo, and went to St. Mary's College in Moraga. I currently work in public service in local government, and reside in the same house I grew up in. I guess you could call me a "local boy". I like to travel, and have traveled to Ireland, England, Scotland & Wales, Italy, Germany, Poland, Canada, Sweden, Malta, Iceland, Austria, Croatia, and also to Japan and Israel. The place I have visited the most is Ireland, where my father is from. My other interest is gardening. I like to work out, lift weights and go for a run on a weekly basis. I still keep in touch with good friends from high school, and on a regular basis go out for dinner and drinks. I have two cats and feed five others outside! I think I have a good sense of humor and I enjoy making others smile and laugh! My Catholic faith is very important to me. Though I strive to be a good and faithful Catholic, I am not always. I attend early morning Sunday Mass without fail, and if I didn't go, I wouldn't feel I'm starting the the day out right. I've always perfered a "quick" Mass that's reverent and with not too much singing! I participate and volunteer at the parish with the St. Vincent de Paul Society delivering food and visiting the vets at the Menlo Park VA. I also participate in and help out each year with crowd control and security at the January Walk for Life in San Francisco. I'm looking for a girl, who is caring and likes to enjoy life, who I can get to know and who gets to know about me too, marry and start a family, and share our lives together.

Family and my faith are most important to me. I love walking into my church and having this sense of peace come over me. I look forward to spending time with my family especially my eight nieces and nephews. I like to read in my spare time - I guess all of those book reports in fourth grade paid off. I'm a big SF Giants and Stanford football fan. My mom is my best friend and has been the most influential person in my life. I have been her part time caretaker off and on the last few years and I wouldn't have it any other way.

Hi! I live in Redwood City, work at a software company, and have a dog named Kovu. I am originally from Charlottesville, Virginia, but have also lived in NJ (Princeton 2011) and Boston (for work). I love running races (mostly half marathons), swimming, going to county fairs and water parks, and trying to encourage my dog to swim in lakes and to touch the Pacific.

I am passionate about travel, writing, crafts, reading and arts/design. For many years I have integrated these things in my work as a school counselor. My family, friends, co-workers and former students have enriched my life and the way I view my future. Now that I have retired from my work, I started studying and embracing mindfulness to ease stress and become a better person. I do yoga and meditation everyday. It helps me achieve balance and inner happiness and strength to combat life's pressures. I love writing stories and doing crafts during my leisure time.

Hi my name is James. I have my family: my two brothers and my mom. I see them often and have much love for them. I also love playing hockey and lacrosse in my spare time, I love staying active. I honestly believe sports bring out the best of people. My coaches and teachers are very influential in my life. They taught me more than just a game, they taught me how to be a leader in the real world. Right now that is what I look forward to the most lately.

I am easy going and always try to find the best in people. I like running and hiking, reading, cooking (and eating : ), sporting events, non-sporting events, weekend get-aways, hanging out at home, and spending time with family and friends. I currently work in construction on the estimating / project management side. This is a very partial list as I have lots of other interests as well. I'd also be very interested in hearing about the things that you like to do as I'm open to experiencing new things.

Hi, I'm Mark. Thanks for visiting my page. My family came from the island nation of Taiwan in 1984 right around the time of the Los Angeles Olympics. We have always lived in San Diego so I consider it my hometown, although I've visited Taiwan and still have relatives there. If you haven't been to San Diego, it is a great city with gorgeous weather and a laid-back lifestyle. If you are curious about Taiwan, I do speak the local language and can be your tour guide. This is my second stint in the Bay Area: the first time was from 1990-2004, and then I left and returned in 2014. In between that time I was in San Diego and bought a house there. However in 2014 I moved back because of a new job. Even though it's 8 hours by car, because I like to drive, it doesn't seem very far away. In my life I've only lived in 2 places: California and Taiwan. I envy people who have east coast experience, but I can't complain about living in a highly desirable state like California. In my spare time, I enjoy going to the gym, going to church, going to the movies, trying out new restaurants, and other fun date-type stuff. I don't watch TV because TV can be addictive, so I get my news from sources such as radio and the web. I also enjoy going to live concerts and comedy clubs. I've also done a lot of salsa dancing and line dancing in the past. When I have a chance to travel, I pack light and can be ready at a moment's notice. What am I passionate about? I want to make this life as full as I can. We are only given a limited amount of time in this world and when the Lord calls us home, I want to look back and say yeah that's a life worth living. That's what motivates me to not slumber and procrastinate.
