The suggestions for this field instruct me to discuss my passions, but they involve research and that's pretty nerdy. Perhaps what is more important is that I am passionate about many things and would like a chance discussing your passions and mine over coffee.

  • Kristina, 36 from Denver, CO
    36, Denver, CO
My name is Kristina, though most people call me Kris. I'm a bit of a wanderer. Ever since I was a little girl I loved traveling and learning things, in particular I love learning about history. As an adult I became a history teacher and have been blessed with opportunities to travel and learn more about people and their histories. I've been lucky enough to be able to indulge my wandering spirit and need to learn about the world and its people. Traveling and history opened up the world for me and eventually allowed me to see that the Catholic Church is God's church and always has been.

My life has become more of an adventure than I ever dreamed. I expose hidden plots and travel to foreign lands. Seriously! I love to talk about good books and great thoughts. I like to tell a few jokes and quips, however bad, just to provoke an unexpected gut-busting laugh. I even indulge in learning (but not practicing!) the dark arts of modern politics. I seek to build and defend my community and my Church as best I can. Oh, and I really like being Irish-American. In my spare time I like to learn languages, to memorize Irish songs, and to go on hikes. I'm deeply attached to some friends who host a co-ed poker night at least monthly. I like to hang out at the Denver Press Club. I'm involved in a global affairs group called WorldDenver. I also like to teach people about the political process and help them become leaders in their community. Quirky thing though: despite all my socializing I'm actually an introvert! At some point I hope to return to the ski slopes and to the swing dance floor. Some long-time injuries have slowed me down. I was fully disabled for a few years over seven years ago, but I fought back and never gave up. Achieving the summit feels even better once you've been in a deep valley.
  • Mollie, 27 from Grand Junction, CO
    27, Grand Junction, CO
Well I suppose I should start with the basics. I love my kids and I'm still really working on my relationship with God. I love animals and helping others. I am working on my life goals. I want someone who wants to grow with me in faith. Having my children then going through some bad times then my best friend leading me back to God has been my biggest influence. To learn more about me just talk to me.

I am passionate about life in general, a while time ago I changed the way I see the world, I always heard about this famous phrase that San Agustin said once: "Live your life as that could be your last day of life" but this is kind of hard to follow, perhaps that phrase helped me to have different kind of priorities in my life such as put first my family, my friends, God (which is always in my daily live) and studies at the end because I would like to be there for the people that need help. So I love making friends and knowing people, I think that you always can learn something. The people that influenced my life are: my grandfather because he teach me the value of the family, work and nothing is impossible you Just have to trust in God. My uncle how teach me how to enjoy life even when things are very difficult and everything has a solution. And one that I Will never forget Pedro Opeka priest Who had the mission to help the people on Madagascar so he decided to work hard with the entire community to build houses and teach them God's Word. At my leisure time I use to bake something or watch some series or movies I love outdoors activities too.

My faith is a part of my daily life and has defined who I am today. I have been a Catholic my whole life, however it was only a couple of years ago when through the grace of God I was introduced to the Latin Mass and all things traditional. I am looking for someone who is well formed in his faith and knows what it takes to be a good holy man of God. Someone who has God as number one in his life. Someone who shall continue to lead me on the road to Heaven and allow me to do the same for him. You simply must have a preference for the Latin Mass and all things traditional. Regardless of the confusion out there by the liberals and heretics, the Church is actually quite clear on the teachings of Jesus especially regarding marriage and family life and I intend to follow them every step of the way. I am just not interested in anyone who wishes to date simply for the sake of it. The Church encourages Courtship for a reason. I believe it's the little things in life that are such blessings from the hand of God and they can be the things we really take for granted. Life is a long journey home and if we want salvation we must fight for it and it does not come without its crosses along the way but we must be Joyful because at the end of the day, If God is with us, who can be against us? Viva Cristo Rey!

I am most passionate about helping others and spending time with my family. I live close to them and spend quite a bit of time with them. I like to go camping, backpacking, snowborading and country dancing. My faith is important to me, and I would like my future husband and children to share the Catholic faith.

A recent widower, I find my self looking into a new chapter in life & whether that should include a godly woman. I am a traditional, more conservative Catholic, regularly attend Mass, active in my Knights of Columbus council & was an adult leader in Boy Scouts for a long time. Four children at home, three of whom are in college so I don't see them much during the day. Financially stable, a test engineer by trade working from home when not traveling to customer sites. I'm reserved until I get to know a person, very slow to anger and have been told I'm the steady rock of the family. That said, I enjoy a fine meal, wine & spirits at times, a walk or hike, fireplace/campfires, drives to explore new out of the way places, and wish to re-start traveling after many years. Have quite eclectic interests, allowing me to relate with most folks.

My pals would say I'm formal and loyal, but I used to be pretty adventurous. I studied Biology, then Photography and Cinema direction, then Foreign Trade. I am a Logistician and am totally happy with this. I like to read scientific, political and historical essays. I am inspired by my father, who taught me how to be mentally independent. I am inspired by my mother, who taught me who to be a man and respect for the others. There was a time in my life where I did not know who I was, where did i belong, Fortunately, I read a book and found that this conflict was solved by Aristophanes 2500 years ago. In the comedy "The Frogs", he said: "The homeland of every man is the country where he lives best. " I am also guided by the maxim "In life there are no prizes or punishments, but consequences".
