It may not be as important what describes my likes, dislikes, experiences, and accomplishments as much as it is that, through the course of about six decades of life, I, as you, have survived the ups and downs of this Journey! Most of my adult life was spent in the service of others as a therapist in a psychiatric hospital, on an acute, locked evaluation team. (Have been hit, bitten, spat upon, lost teeth from being assaulted, and have had every bodily fluid one can think of thrown at me!) " Retired" now, just trying to stay afloat in these times. As a child, 'army brat', I traveled and lived with my family from Colorado, to Germany, to South Carolina, to Missouri, with several returns to, and grounding myself in, Colorado. The rhetorical question of the day, 'Do I wait at the top of the Empire State Building, hoping for my Love to meet me there? . . . Do I have the patience of St. Monica to know Cary Grant finally ended up in the arms of Deborah Kerr? . . . Or, not?' Not in the habit of taking pics of myself, so may update with some more later. Although starting as a blonde, hair color now is a mix of blonde, gray, dark, and 'balding'!

I am a fun loving, honest, hard working, country kind of guy! I love to be outdoors and enjoying the awesome and beautiful things God has created. I love to travel and go to places I have never seen before. I am very family orientated. I am looking for someone who shares similar interests, values, morals, and work ethic as I do. Someone who isn't shallow, loves life, and lives life to the fullest. A best friend kind of quality. If you are looking for someone with a huge heart, honest, faithful, and lots of fun, you found him!!

Hello, Basically to sum things up "I'm just a common man doin' things the best I can". I'm hoping to meet someone that I can build a solid, loving relationship with to share all of life's gifts. I'm a classic romantic at heart with a lot of love to share and give. I have two daughters that stay with me every other week and four Siberian Huskies. I'm a pretty much a stay at home person, but I am up for going anywhere and doing most anything at the drop of a hat. I do have a Master's degree in education (unfortunately, PE jobs are very few and far between). I currently work on grounds/maintenance for the local school district (which I guess makes me a highly educated grass cutter). I hope to hear from you if interested.

I have been a convert since 2000 and love the Catholic faith. I grew up in a non-religion home, but we believed in God. I try to stay active since I retired early to care for my father in 2011. My father was my most positive person in my life. I try to be a positive person and not real crazy about negative people. The saying goes, "For every negative word/situation it takes five positives to wipe it out." I get emotional during mass on sometimes, only because I feel the peace that comes over me.

I am a retired Civil Engineer living in small town Western Colorado. I share my acre with two dogs, a great mouser, fruit trees, a big garden and a nice old house. I was a professional ski instructor for years and still love to ski. I have three daughters and eight wonderful grandkids. Gardening, exercise, hiking, camping, fly fishing and travel are what I enjoy most. My God and my family are the most important things in my life. One thing is missing, someone with whom to share day to day life.
