I love shopping, day trips, being close to nature and activities revolving around the ocean. I spend most of my weekends down the shore in the summer and early fall. I am a good swimmer and I used to play a pretty good game of tennis when I had more free time ( would love to play sometime). I enjoy taking long walks and hikes. 49, Waterbury, CTI'm a down-to-earth girl who genuinely enjoys people but finds solace in being alone sometimes too. I do like to see the humor in things and I really love a good laugh. I was a bit of a tom boy growing up - I had three older brothers as role models - haha. Overall, I am close to my family and enjoy being an aunt very much. I like to travel and love history. I really enjoy meeting new people and experiencing different cultures. I like to read or watch documentaries about spirituality, biographies, history, war, genealogy. I think it is great to be able to learn something new and to gain another perspective that I may not have had. I enjoy being active... walking/running with the dog, dancing. I enjoy the theater... love musicals and the opera. Foreign films are also a favorite of mine - the more eccentric and quirky the better. A few other favorites: dark chocolate, beaches, giraffes, Netflix, and dogs (adopting my rescue, Maggie was one of the best decisions I ever made).

29, Wilton, CTHello! I am a Traditional Catholic who loves her Catholic Faith more than anything else and am grateful for this amazing gift. I am extremely conservative minded and do not fall for the brainwashing or anti-God agenda of our government and media. Intellectual conversations are right up my alley! I would love to start a family and have as many children as God gives my husband and me. (8 would be perfect :)) I am looking for someone who loves God and will be a good father to our children; someone who is a hard worker and can support a family, as I hope to be home with the kids; someone who is happy, sweet, caring, smart, funny, good-looking :), adventurous, generous, hopefully to some degree a little neat and organized; someone who wants to settle down and spend time with his wife and family; preferably someone who also is Traditional Catholic, or willing to become Traditional Catholic, or at least happy to comply with raising our children Traditional Catholic. Things I enjoy doing: singing, baking, cooking, horseback riding, swimming, beach in general (love the sun!), movies, mild hiking, of course shopping LOL, and I'm sure you could guess - praying, attending Mass, etc. Some things about me: I hate the cold. Winter is torture for me. Some people call me a clean-freak. I am a little particular about things, okay, very particular about some things! :) I am very outspoken and have strong opinions, which I can back up, mind you. :) I need my sleep (8--9 hours and I'm perfect!). I have a keen taste for quality and avoid things 'made in China' like the plaque! I eat mostly organic foods or at least as natural as possible, and love Whole Foods Market, but don't worry, there is plenty of organic chocolate and sweets out there. :) I am frugal. Living on your own with a nanny's/kindergarten teacher's salary will make you that way. I am not a huge pet in the home person - I love fish in a tank, but I would consider having a dog if it was a non-smelly type and someone else was responsible for bathing, grooming, etc. I would actually like to have a little sort of farm,( chickens, horses) though, if possible. I like going out, but do not enjoy over-crowded, noisy bars. I do not like beer, but love sweet wine. I am a little claustrophobic. I love to travel. I am a bit of a perfectionist. I love to sing. Hope this sums it up pretty well. Sorry for all of the "I"s. Wasn't sure how else to list everything. Looking forward to meeting some of you awesome guys out there!

29, Bristol, CTHello, thank you for checking out my profile. My name is Kate, and I have just moved back to CT this fall. I had been in the Navy for the past 6 years working as an Emergency/Trauma nurse. I'm now working as an ER nurse in a civilian hospital. It's great being back in my hometown. I have a very large extended family so it's nice living so close to my support system again. As for hobbies, I'm kind of a homebody. I do enjoy going out to eat with friends though. I've found some great Pho and Sushi restaurants in the area! Also, I'm part of a water aerobics class. It might look funny to see, but it's always a fun time. My favorite thing to do in my leisure time is hang out with my Redbone Coonhound named Rusty, that I adopted in July. He might just be the laziest dog that God ever created :) I take my Catholic faith very seriously. I attended Parochial school from kindergarten to senior year in high school. I truly enjoy driving up to The Shrine of Divine Mercy up in Stockbridge, MA every couple of weeks to recharge. I'm grateful for CatholicMatch because sadly there aren't a ton of people in the 20s-40s age group at my parish. I'm hoping this will be a good way to meet new people. If you have any questions, just send me a message.
