I am a happy educated confident self sufficient man who is looking for someone to spend time with and enjoy all lifes little things. I have an insatiable curiosity about life and what adventures are out there. I am looking for someone that would like to share in all of these activities. I am down to earth and am a realist. I want to find someone that can go four wheeling, boating , flying, traveling, camping, fishing, golfing, exploring, hanging out at home slow dancing in the kitchen, get dressed up and go out to dinner. I want to learn as much as possible. Next on my list is taking automotive paint and body work classes, swing dancing lessons, maybe even get my skydiving license. But I never want to stop learning. I can be as comfortable out on the town walking around taking in a show in Manhattan as I am cooking a gourmet meal at home and yes I can cook. I have a great group of friends that are truly like my family and a family that would do anything for me. I know I am trying for the impossible, but I do not have children and have always wanted kids. I would like to have my own with that special someone. I know this is limiting me, and I do not wish anyone to be upset but if you already have children I am not looking to take on a premaid family. Since I never had children I would like this to be an experience we can share together.

Well for starters, I should preface this by saying that I am currently discerning a call to the priesthood in Seminary and as such I rarely (if ever) come on here. If I do come on and get to know someone I am happy simply meeting someone new that is into the faith but that understands my circumstances. I grew up in a decent size town, not small by any means but still one that is close knit in a traditional New England style. For most of my life I went to public school, my father was an accountant and my mother was a school teacher. They are perhaps the most influential people in my life despite having passed early on. In my high school years I went mostly to a Catholic High School, where I fell away from my faith only to rediscover it later when I ended up in College in a Philosophy class of all places, so much so that I have thought about the Priesthood (which is why I listed below that I am considering religious vocation). I enjoy attending mass, whether it is the Traditional Latin Mass or a typical English mass. I have tried to get more involved in my parish and am both a sponsor and team member for the parish RCIA program. One of my biggest goals in life is to one day walk the Camino de Santiago, Way of St. James, in Spain which is essentially a long hike/walk across Northern Spain to Santiago and is one of the oldest Pilgrimages in the Catholic world. I am also a member of the Knights of Columbus which I have found to be a great group of men and to be very supportive of both Catholic Marriage and the Priesthood. I am also involved in my community, partaking in various community service projects at both church and in the general community. I have run for political office before, may do so in the future. I would not say that my political views are as brash as those we see on most politicians, I am more low key and seek to understand, find means of fixing things rather than stirring up the passions of people without much basis. I am rather moderate/conservative in my political views, traditional in my religious views and always more than happy to talk with someone about them to see a different viewpoint. I take things to heart so the smallest thing can have the biggest impact on me. Unpacking the truth within the Church is a favorite thing to do of mine, especially discussing the faith with others but always coming back to what the Church teaches in its Magisterium.

If you like Pina Coladas... or anything tropical -- palm trees, white sand, blue water, brilliant sunsets... and getting caught in the rain...or any unexpected situation and can laugh and make the best of it... If you're not into yoga...or you are into yoga. Who can say anything bad about yoga? if you have half a brain...preferably more than half, but at least enough to carry on a conversation and use spell check... If you like making love at midnight, in the dunes of the cape...That's a conversation for later... I'm the love that you've looked for...or at least the like with incredible potential... write to me, and escape"...from your every day routine, eating dinner alone, missing the feeling of holding hands...to far away places, local hidden gems, spontaneous drives, walks in the rain, endless possibilities... How would I describe myself? I like making other people happy and I dislike drama. I greet people with a smile and often a hug and I treat people the way I would like to be treated. Do I even need to say that my family means everything to me? That should be a given, like the need to breathe. My job is demanding and keeps me busy but I strive to maintain a work/life balance that leaves time for fun. I love to be outdoors listening to live music, working in my garden, riding my bike, at the beach or having friends over for game nights on the patio. I am missing that one special person in my life. The first person I'll call to share good news, look to for a shoulder to cry on, talk to about our day and plan our next vacation with. You often hear people say relationships are a lot of work. I believe that a good relationship isn't work at all. It's two people who naturally bring out the best in each other, who accept each other for who they are, celebrate the good times and offer comfort in the worst. I am easy to please and a true romantic. If you send me a text I will be happy to know that you thought of me and the actual message will be an added bonus. I like to hold hands, walk arm-in arm and send and receive those middle of the day texts. That's not to say that I don't like to receive a gift or flowers on occasion or for no reason and give those unexpected surprises as well. Although I am more than capable of opening my own door if you open the door for me it will make my day. I want to know I can do to make you smile and make your day. If you could use a smile or an escape I would love to hear from you. :)

Life is good and I want to live it to the fullest. i am a young at heart soon to retire teacher in a Catholic elementary school. My teaching career spans many wonderful years in parochial and public schools. Although I have no children of my own I have been blessed to touch the lives of students aged 5 to 9 years old. I also serve as a Eucharistic minister in my home and school parishes. I am Godmother to the oldest child of my four siblings. My interests include long walks, boating, singing, dancing, concerts, musicals, museums and travel. I have visited shrines in Lourdes and Fatima. I have also traveled to Moscow and Leningrad (St. Petersburg). My Polish Catholic heritage passed down to me by my grandparents, has enriched my life with religious family traditions and a strong foundation of love and respect for my faith. I have a special love for our Blessed Mother, St. Therese and St Gianna Beretta Molla, St. John Paul the Great and St. Faustina as the messenger of Divine Mercy . Among the most influential people in my life are my devout parents, grandparents and godparents. The most influential non relative was my Second Grade teacher who gave of her time and talent to teach me how to read by keeping me after school several days a week. She was my inspiration to become a teacher and specialize my studies in the area of reading I would describe myself as witty, passionate, interesting, multi-faceted and faith filled.
