65, Naples, FLHi and thank you for viewing my profile. I have a passion for the water, whether it be walking on the beach, swimming or just watching the dolphins playfully swimming in the ocean. Nature is another pleasure of mine taking walks seeing the beauty that surrounds us or enjoying the beautiful sunsets. I also like art shows, live theater, and concerts. Movies that interests me are adventure, comedies, and romance. Reading is another pastime that I enjoy. Some of my favorite literature is Christian and inspiration reading.I enjoy volunteering , helping those less fortunate than me. Watching a good sporting event such as baseball, basketball or football are fun to watch. Another interest of mine is dancing...Would you like to put on your dancing shoes and join me???? I have a furry companion that keeps me company, a little Bichon named "Beau Jangles". I am active, up beat and still working . My personality is easy going , positive, and I am inquisitive. These are some of the same traits that I am looking for in a companion. When I think of a companion the first and foremost trait that I am looking for is that he be a strong Christian. Someone that lives his faith in both words and action. I am looking for someone with integrity, who is kind and compassionate, and a person who is energetic and active. One who is kind and understanding with solid family and moral values.
60, Panama City Beach, FLWhy am I here? Because i want to find that very special soul mate to share the rest of my life's journey with. And given my Faith is a critical part of that journey, I decided to give this a try. Who am I? I am a career professional who takes the enjoyment of life as serious as my job. I keep my friends for life, as it should be and my friends range in age from the 20's to the 80's. I love animals as much as I do people and sometimes more. I am a loving, caring, and compassionate individual. I am very honest and I expect the same from those I interact with. My favorite outfit is a pair of shorts, a loose shirt, and sandals. I dress up for work so the rest of my time I dress down to my comfort. I like to wear hats, it is a cultural nuance. I hug and kiss my friends, the same nuance. :) I also practice my faith. I go to mass every Sunday, I am a Lector and a Eucharistic minister. I love kids and since I was not blessed with any, I sponsor two girls in Costa Rica and I go visit with them frequently (see my profile pictures). For fun? I enjoy living life to the fullest. I love to laugh and make others laugh with me. Life can be a drag if you take it too seriously. I love to travel, the outdoors, playing music (percussionist), dancing (I can dance just about any beat), biking, snow skiing, racquetball, gardening, boating, fishing, golf, scuba, lending a hand, darts, table pool, handyman (there is very little I cannot fix), building stuff, cooking, etc... If it is physically active, I probably love it. I enjoy a very wide range of music including Jazz, Latin, Reggae, Soca, Blues, Cajun, Rock, Contemporary, Dixieland, Bluegrass, Americana, and African rhythms. A friend once wrote; "treat me like my dog treats me." I could not agree more. If we get together and there is no chemistry, the worse that could happen is that we become friends and... Friends are for Life! Enjoy your search and may you find what you are seeking. Please be courteous and respond if I write to you. If you are not interested, a courteous reply saying so is better than no reply at all. Thanks!
64, Hudson, FLWell I am back. I have decided to try this one more time. I know that God has a plan for me and my future. I feel that I am ready to move forward in my life. I have begun filing out the paperwork for my annulment. I am hoping to meet someone who has survived a failed marriage or the loss of their lifetime love. Someone who is ready to try to find love again, with someone who believes there is a God and if we follow Him and His teachings, we are on the right path to heaven. I have been divorced for 3 1/2 years and separated for over 4 years. I was married for 41 years. My previous spouse stated he had been unhappy in our marriage for a long time and so he chose to leave me. Not my choice but, that's why I am here today. I believe this happened for a reason. I have prayed and attended Catholic Divorice classes for the past 2 years and understand I am not condemned for what happened to me. Realizing I could not control what was happening I have found myself in a much better place in my life. I am happy with my life. I have my God, my church and my family. I am active in my church. I work out weekly to keep myself healthy. I like to go places, do things and volunteer to stay active. I am retired and financially able to care of myself. I don't need a man to take care of me, I would like a man to share my faith and life with me. I want to be with someone who willingly attends mass at least weekly. A man who believes God will put you in my life and me in your life to make us complete once again. I have 2 children and 3 grand children. They live in another state. I moved to Florida in 2014 after being divorced 1 year. I needed a change in my life and this is now my home. I may be 64, but I feel and act more like 44. I am not a couch potato, I stay active I hope to find someone who feels the same. God help us all to find our next partner in life on this site.....

59, Miami, FLI am passionate about my Catholic faith, helping others, and children. I look forward to spending quality time with the people I love--my family and friends. This is normally in the weekends and summer vacations. Since I love to travel, I take every opportunity to visit my family/friends around the country and the world. My brother, Steve, has been the most influential person in my life as he is truly someone who leads by example and he always takes the high road. Others include my high school Spanish/English teacher, German host family, next door neighbors in Holland, and friends Nancy & Linda from Greenbrier. All are terrific listeners & all had my best interests at heart -- & loved my perfectly imperfect self. I was an exchange student for one year to (West) Germany the year after I graduated from high school. It was a difficult, wonderful year because I didn't speak German upon arrival, yet I had to attend school the second day I was there. Two years later I returned to Europe -- this time to Holland, where I learned Dutch rapidly, thanks to the German foundation. I stayed for five years, working primarily in agricultural areas and teaching English. After getting my master's degree in organizational communications, I took a job as the Director of Marketing for a food service company in Moscow, Russia. It was a big challenge with stories that are more suitable for telling around a campfire than on this profile page. In 2015, I moved for six months to West Palm Beach, Florida, where I was the Director of Communications for a Catholic school with kids from 1-14 years of age. After that assignment I returned to Little Rock and wrap up my life there. In August of 2016, I relocated to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and work part-time for a public relations agency based in Jupiter. In my leisure time I enjoy doing anything outside and volunteering with children. I love horseback riding, skiing (water & snow), biking, hiking, swimming, and spending time with friends. I want to learn to paddle board. I am always up for a walk on the beach, a hike on the mountain, or a good conversation over a cup of hot tea. Though I am a very social person, I really enjoy getting to know people one-on-one. My journalism background makes it easy for me to talk with anyone about most any topic. I thoroughly enjoy new people, travel and new adventures!
39, Jacksonville, FLI'm an independent woman and consider myself to be outgoing, bubbly and funny. My motto in life is 'Work hard play hard'. I enjoy life, loves to travel, hang out with friends, going to the movies or just watching at home and playing tennis (these are just to name a few of my fave things to do). I'm looking for a kind, caring, loving, honest with a good sense of humor guy and please guys Game players need not apply. If you want to get to know me more then please leave me a message. Thank you!
62, Miami, FLI would like to meet friends and maybe a man who would be interested in creating something wonderful together. I am a widow and have been one already for some years. I should say that I am an easy going person. Just retired. I like to travel, and have travelled a lot. I like to go out with friends, too. I am catholic and practice my faith.
79, Deerfield Beach, FLI'm a retired air traffic controller, Italian. I'm passionate about finding a mate for a long term/marriage relationship. The most influential person in my life was my sons Godfather. He is a builder. In my younger I worked part-time with him for 30 yrs or so and learned almost everything involved in building and repairing a home, which has helped me tremendously over the years. My interests include golf, bowling, dancing, cooking, shopping, crosswords, jeopardy and most of the other areas of entertainment couples enjoy. I used to play piano, an did sculpturing in younger days.
23, Groveland, FLNot really good about explaining myself honestly but I am passionate about going to the gym or being active outside, I don't there's more to me just get to know me My parents are the most influential people in my life, I strive to be like them
43, New Port Richey, FLMy life has been full of fun and adventure - I played "red light, green light" with a bear who I bumped into while trying to eat a meal in Yosemite. I've SCUBA dived with sharks. I arrested three people I found driving my car the day after they stole it. I stood on the launch pad of the space shuttle. I was in love, twice. I had my "bell rung" in the boxing ring only once in about 100 fights. I got to be the first person ever in my family to graduate from college only to have my sister ruin it by getting an advance degree before me! On three different occasions, I thought, "No way, I survive this situation" (spoiler alert - I'm still here!) I ran track and field in college and I was the only pole vaulter ever to take out both stanchions and fall backwards into the infield in a single pole vault. (In my defense; I was only 18, never pole vaulted before, and was distracted by the female 400-meter crew running right by me before planting.) I thought about becoming a Catholic priest, twice (another spoiler alert, I didn't do it!) I travelled to 49 out of the 50 states (only Hawaii to knock off?). I have my faith in God, family, and friends. I've been truly blessed. My life now is love-filled managed chaos! Raising two daughters who live with me part-time and another grown young-man not living with me. Two dogs (or as I like to call them, "kids with fur) and occasional cat when grandparents are travelling. I live my life with honesty, integrity, and respect. My life is full of love and adventure (children bring that), respect (I teach that), imagination and humor (the youngest is a walking episode of "Modern Family"), compassion & caring (I'm blessed), and honesty (unless a child breaks something: then we get lies, denials, and counter-accusations - that a dog or cat did it). I love my mom, she's a blessing and I am not deserving of her. I try to live by a chivalrous code because It is the right thing to do and to model for my daughters. (They get upset when I hold open the car door open for them because "none of the other dad's do that." Whatever!! And I love the fact that it ticks them off and makes them feel special simultaneously!) I'm obviously sarcastic. I realized two things: 1) life isn't counting the number of breaths you take, but counting the number of moments that take your breath away; and 2) the key to intimacy is being completely vulnerable and being perfectly comfortable with that fact.
30, Boca Raton, FLNew to this site. Born and raised Catholic and went through a non-denominational church in my mid 20's and was considered "born again." I've read and studied the entire Bible (not Catholic version). I made it back to the Catholic church where I currently attend once a week with my mom :-)
58, Miami, FLI am a simple person and very happy with who i am. I thank god that i am alive everyday and feel lucky to wake up and realize that i have another beautiful day in front of me to enjoy life to the fullest. I enjoy being with my family and love the get together bbq's when i am off. I love children and my profession. I like chocolate milkshakes, bubble baths, getting mail, lying in bed listening to the rain, travel and see the rest of the world, holding hands with someone i care about and having that person tell me that i am beautiful, watching the sunrise and the sunsets, hugs, helping people and knowing you have done the right thing no matter what other people think.
