40, Mililani, HIThank you for taking a moment to read my profile. =) My best quality is that, being an Eagle Scout, I am an extremely loyal & trustworthy true friend to those close to me. My worst quality is that I am kind of old. That is something I can't change. I did not start dating until age 28 as I thought my vocation would be different. On the bright side longevity runs in my genes. I have many relatives in their 80's & 90's who are still mentally & physically strong. I realize I may need to marry someone younger to have a family; and because I started dating so late I am somewhat innocent for my age. I'm more calm then "temperament test" makes me sound. I live in Hawaii yet travel often. I don't drink, smoke, or gamble and have never used drugs. I attend and help out at Mass weekly as an EM. I'm an author and teacher. I also train people in martial arts and personal fitness and work as a stuntman in the film industry. I designed my home to double as a gym for my clients. I'm remodeling this year to make it more of a home for a family. I love to laugh and believe though it might not be okay to be childish, it is always okay to be child-like! I'm too smart for my own good and too dumb for my own bad. =) Little kids, animals, and elderly people love me but I'm kinda hit and miss in my own generation! I am not driven by materialism. Though not wealthy in the traditional sense, I owe no debts at all. I am just as happy with making some pasta over the stove or grilling a steak as I would be with fine dining. On the other hand I have led an adventurous life all over the world. I have been in both war and peace and both loved and lost. I can fly a plane, captain a boat, pitch a tent, and outsmart or fight my way out of most situations. I'm well educated, but inside I'm a little kid in a grownup's body. Every person we meet has something to teach us; so I look forward to learning new things from you and discovering new things together. I believe friendship is the key to a solid relationship and love laughter, quality conversation, and just quietly sharing a moment like watching dawn unfold on an empty beach. I care about helping other people and am more likely to pursue something like a boy scout project then i would any financial venture. I admire teachers, nurses, and others who help people for a living. I enjoy surfing, canoe paddling, music, painting, photography, writing, dancing, museums, anything creative, and most of all enchanting eyes and a beautiful smile. =
35, Honolulu, HII have a quiet and simple nature. A devoted love is what I can offer and seek for. I like to go out from time to time although I also like to spend time reading and relaxing at home. Some say that I am a bit of conservative in thinking. But I am open to decent modern trend, I would say.
37, Honolulu, HII am just a simple person who is passionate about life and most definitely about God. Well....I try to live simply anyway, but life is life! I can write about many many things but often find it difficult to write about myself. So I'll just say what comes at the top of my head. Im not a prude but I am old fashioned. I am interested in making friends from the opposite sex, but let this be understood that I do follow my faith and therefore I am not interested in modern day relations. IM NOT THAT KIND OF GIRL! I like distance!! hahaha. Let's just say that I know what I am and what I am not, therefore I don't need anyone's approval or liking. I believe that a woman should bury her heart in Christ, so that if a man should ever seek it then he must first find God. I also think that a man who calls a woman 'hot' is likely not a man I'd like to have a conversation with. I don't even understand how that term can be considered a hip thing. I believe that love is not just a flood of feelings and emotions, it is a DECISION!! There will always come moments when things aren't perfect and when you may well not feel love for another person. You may actually desire to punch them in the face! True and real divine (agape) love is telling the other person you love them even when things are at their worse. I got extremely serious there. Whoa. Last things last. Id like to say Im sophisticated and worldly but my closest friends will say......."Kats goofy but endearing!" Darn!! Must I be honest here? I'll admit that it is not out of the ordinary to see people rolling on the floor laughing at something I said, but more often than not, it wasn't intentionally funny.
38, Hilo, HII am a 36 y/o single Mom of 2 angels. I enjoy movies, cooking, travel, surfing the net, etc. I am searching my soul mate. I thought I had met him, and ended up get my heart crushed after 11 years of marriage. He decided the grass was "greener on the other side" and left me and his own children, to be with other woman and her children. I have a huge heart and will love my mate unconditionally! Now the nitty gritty...I had complications with my daughter and they had to do a hysterectomy (I initially refused, and the Doctor's told me flat out I was going to die without it, so it was out of my control), so I am unable to bear more children. I understand many guys are looking to start their own family, but I am unable to do that (biologically anyway). This has been my main roadblock in meeting someone. Thanks for reading and God Bless! :-)
27, Hickam Afb, HII am an outgoing person who loves to be outdoors. I always look on the bright side of life and a great sense of humor is a daily necessity. My family and faith are the most important and influential factors in my life. I grew up on a farm and like to work hard, but like to also slow things down in my leisure time and enjoy the simple things. Hiking, fishing, taking walks, watching a movie, camping, bonfires, making stupid jokes, music, and being with family and friends are some of this I enjoy most. My fast philosophy is that life is too short so make the most of it in all aspects of ones life, work, family, faith, fun, and everything in between!
51, Honolulu, HIAloha! I am a good Catholic man seeking a good Catholic woman to date and hopefully have a good Catholic family together...!! I grew up Catholic, was Baptized Catholic, and attend Mass weekly at St. Augustine's on Waikiki Beach...!
27, Mililani, HIMy name is Johana and I love to enjoy life. I love the great outdoors and traveling with a good book. I am originally from California, but moved to Oahu. I am a full-time student and teacher. I am graduating with my Master's soon, and I wish to pursue more in my education. I believe faith is the foundation of life and faith is crucial to me. I believe that God is the most important being and then comes other priorities in life; such as work and education. I love going to the beach, hiking and being outdoors. Also, finding a great book to read with building community. I enjoy sunset hikes with doing devotions and trying to stand up on a SUP board haha... :)
28, Honolulu, HIHello I'm Kevin! I'm an Officer in the Army. Currently living in Augusta, GA but the duration of this stay is entirely contingent on the whims of the Army unfortunately. Was raised in Elkhart, IN and attended Parochial Schools in that area for all my formative years. Enjoy traveling and seeing as much of the world as I can. Small note: a lot of my pictures have me in glass, I got LASIK a few months ago and no longer wear them. Sorry to disappoint those of you interested in the intellectual look haha.
54, Honolulu, HII was a boy who were sing during most of days as when I walk along, and I felt most peaceful and calm when I stayed at the church. Still I am living with music and church. Through singing in many funeral masses I have observed so many people were leaving this world regardless of their ages and time.Their death must have influenced on my present living way. 'Energetic, passionate, compassionate, neither two or multi minded, honesty, sincere, logical.........' I like to be a person like those..... Playing the piano, taking a long walk, Listening to classical music, driving far, and staying by beach or stream..........these are source of refreshing my body and mind.
27, Pearl City, HIHello. I'm a single dad with joint custody over my 2 year old son. When my son is home I value the time I have with him. We enjoy walking the dogs, going to the park, going to the pool and staying home to play with his toys. I go hiking every Sunday after church unless I go Church on Saturday, then I go hiking in the morning through lunch time. I'm currently a beginners level strength calisthenics body builder. I'm always in the mindset to learn more and understand better. I'm not great with words but if you give me time we can usually come to understandings. Being a Dad I can say that I've learned from my mistakes and am still learning from some of them. I'm not perfect but am working towards becoming a better person everyday.
65, Kapolei, HIAloha! My name is Lydia and I am blessed to have lived in Hawaii all of my life. I have 3 grown sons and 1 daughter who turns 21 this summer. All of my children live independent of me, and I am proud of their accomplishments. My biggest influence was my father. He was a man of great faith and integrity. He loved my mom unconditionally, but above all he loved the Lord. His faith is the greatest gift I've ever received. I enjoy playing games on my phone, web surfing, and papercrafting in my spare time. My specialty is designing mini chipboard albums, aka photo scrapbooks. I often socialize with other "Scrappers" while sharing ideas and creating new projects together. I rarely watch TV but when I do, my favorite shows are Hallmark movies and "Murder She Wrote" starring Jessica Lansbury. The National Geographic channel is another favorite, along with the Travel channel. At the present time, I love caring for my grandson on weekdays when his parents work. He's such a joy now at 3 years old. Soon he will be in preschool, and I will miss his funny chatter and silly ways. I look forward to traveling in the future. Would love to visit Europe and take a cruise to Alaska. I'm also a big Disney fan, especially movies. And I enjoy attending concerts, theatrical performances, and visiting museums. Unfortunately, I rarely read, write, paint, or play music anymore. I had been caring for my mom for over 10 years in my home until recently. Now that I have more free time, I hope to revisit these former hobbies which gave me such pleasure when I was younger. Mahalo (thanks) for taking the time to read this long and windy introduction. May God grant you continued patience in life's adventures!
25, Aiea, HII'm not really good at this. My passion is teaching. My dream is to have a school that would accomodate people who are not priviledge to have get education due to their social status. I love my family but I am an introvert and tend to do things alone. Moreover, I love spending my free time at home than going out. I could say I am lazy when not working.
