I am the type of guy who still thinks it's right to hold the door open for women or give up your seat to an elderly person. I am a little on the shy side. I consider myself a caring person and a good listener. I prefer to do things outside, but can also be a homebody on occasion. I enjoy being around children especially my nephews. I like to stay active and try to exercise at least three to five times per week.

Hello, brother in Christ. If you voted for Trump, I'm sure you had your reasons, but you can stop reading now because we're just not the right match for each other. If you voted for Hillary, or didn't vote at all, unless you were in a coma at the time, the same is most likely the case. I have no interest in debating anyone about this; I just don't want to waste your (or my) time. Just trust me, I'm not the one for you. But I wish you joy, happiness and many blessings on your journey. I am analytical yet highly emotional. I'm pretty serious, get easily frustrated with shallowness, and crave depth. I am very pro-life. I love worshiping the Lord through Christian music (Rich Mullins and Todd Agnew are my favorites). I'm warm and tender, nurturing, extra-sensitive and emotional (at my best); but impatient, intolerant, lazy, extra-sensitive and emotional (alas, at my worst). My life goal is to use my gifts to bring glory to God. I have tremendous love for the Bible, and am very committed to promoting a culture of life (I worked full-time in pro-life ministry for several years). In some ways I'm pretty intense in the sense that I am easily frustrated with shallowness and crave depth. Familiar with the Myers-Briggs personality profile? I am ISFJ. I am a big Chicago Bears fan (the team is owned by some devout Catholics) and was over the moon when the Cubs won the World Series! I am an ex-vegetarian (was a vegetarian for 14 years), and I may go back! I enjoy history, Scrabble, thoughtful film and hiking. Finally, I firmly believe we need to allow the Church to change us; and NOT concentrate on how we can change the Church. (After all, we ARE the Church, and as each one of us submits to her teachings and disciplines, the Church becomes that much holier herself.)

Hi, my name is Lisa and thanks for checking out my profile. Hope it sparks an interest! I am a healthy, active, family-orientated woman who enjoys life. I am alot of interests and I hope you do to. I like movies, music, theatre, walking, hiking, biking, different places to eat out, animals, sweets, etc. I also like to travel, either close to home or abroad. I tend to be somewhat reserved at first, but can warm up to new people quickly. I think that, because of my many interests, I can be an interesting person. I enjoy good conversation and I am generally a "face-to-face" type person and not a FaceBook person:), even if it just means meeting over a cup of coffee. I also value times by myself and quiet times. I can be opinionated, but that usually is because I am passionate about the subject. Otherwise, I think I am pretty easygoing. I have a good career , a home with cats (2), So, please read further if you are interested. Thanks!

I am 49 years young !! I know I said I am bald but I still have hair on the sides and back ( so I am not a total lemonhead). I am in the process of going back to school. I do some cooking but I'm not going to say I'm a chef though. I plant a small garden each spring and vegetables just off the vine are much better, especially for cooking. Last year some of my tomato plants reached seven feet high, my brother asked what steroids I had them on. I bicycle (for pleasure and a light workout I'm not one of those Lance Armstrong wannabes). I went to the LEAHY Christmas concert it was amazing!! And I don't want to go alone next year (hint-hint)! Bye

+ JMJ Glory to Jesus Christ and Hello! To answer what I'm passionate about, I would say my faith and the children I take care of. I say my faith, because I am a convert to the Catholic Church and children, because currently my profession is that of a nanny to 2 chlidren, boy who is 2 and girl who is 6. My family is very important to me. I grew up in a small town in the middle of Illinois. By small it had less than 4,000 people. No stop light. The sort of place where everyone knew everyone, and if you got in trouble at school, might as well be honest about it as mom was going to know before you got home. Consequently, my brother and I never were in too much trouble. We lived on a dead end street. Had a hill for sledding down in the winter, and a small lake for fishing in the summer. It was perfect. For Church, my mom would take my brother and I to Sunday School at the Presbyterian church that was in town. We didn't know of the Catholic Church then, or at least I didn't. Faith was something that happened gradually. I had gone to college and was living on my own, when a discussion with a friend happened where I was challenged to learn what the Church teaches. I ended up at the library where I found a copy of the Catechism. It took awhile but I read a good part of it, and then studied the early Church Fathers and when one reads about how people talk about the Eucharist in 300 A. D. and they define it the same as what was said in the Catechism. One doesn't have much choice but to go and find that Church. So, two weeks after Easter in 2001, I went and spoke with the Director of Religious Education at Holy Family Parish, in Peoria, Illinois. And I learned I would have to wait til September for RCIA and then be confirmed next Easter. She also showed me the Eucharistic Prayer chapel. I will never forget it. I walked in not knowing quite what to expect, but the moment I saw my Lord Jesus Christ in the form of the Eucharist, I knew I was home. I remember falling to the floor and crying, I was so happy. That year was hard. No one understood why I wanted to become Catholic, but I got through it from going to Adoration, which I still attend often. In my free time, I enjoy baking and reading. I love going to the symphony when I get the chance, and I like playing the piano, especially works by Bach, my current favourite is the Toccata in D Minor. Thanks for reading. God bless and have a blessed Easter.

My name is Molly. I am the middle child of five, and I grew up in a big, loud, loving Roman Catholic family. It took some prodding to get me to joint this site-I never saw myself jumping into the world of online dating, I'm sure many of you on here feel the same way-but my sister met her husband on CM three years ago and I guess you could say she convinced me. The older I get the more I realize how important it is to me to find a guy who shares my Catholic faith. For the sake of full disclosure I also need a man to help me carry groceries inside-so keep that in mind. Balance is very important to me. Attending Mass and practicing my faith in my everyday life is essential, but so is laughing and enjoying myself. I love kicking back with a cold beer and watching some King of Queens, Parks and Rec, and occasionally a little bit of Duck Dynasty (not ashamed). I am a big fan of comedy and love The Office, Arrested Development, and Seinfeld and am still waiting to have a boss as cool as Michael Scott. I'm also a huge Bulls fan...I may or may not listen to music on my customized Bulls Beatz headphones (a gift from my rich uncle), whatever. And I guess it's worth mentioning my love for food! I get excited about a delicious dinner hours in advance, sometimes days. So if you're any sort of cook, odds are, I will appreciate you even more. Working out and keeping active is also very important to me. I love playing sports, hiking, and being outside. My siblings and I really close. I have an older sister, younger sister, older brother, and a younger brother. My family has also taken in foster children since I was little, so there's never a dull moment at home. My family and I love to spend time together, and can usually be found laughing obnoxiously loud while playing some strange trivia game invented by my mom. I've also been lucky enough to have the same close group of friends since first grade...we're a wild and crazy bunch, but we always have a good time. All of that being said, God is and always will be the most important thing in my life. I am looking to find a nice, easy-going, funny guy who puts God firmly at the center of his universe. Must be outgoing, because I come from a loud and crazy world! I am still walking on my journey of faith, and I'm excited to find someone to walk with me.

My name is Nicholas. I'll be upgraded for until next Friday, then I am canceling my subscription until after holidays. I'm also thinking of deleting. About me, I was born on March 15th, 1994. I wasn't born with no disability, but the day after I was born, both my lungs collapsed and had almost died. However God gives miracle, so I would say he re breathe into my lungs to where I was able to go home to my parents on Good Friday. Many years laters from the time I was born until the end of my Kindergarten year, I was diagnosed with a hearing loss. Yes I am hearing impaired, but doesn't need to sign and yes I do have some speech problem, but I think of it as another English language. I look mostly forward to the future. My main goal is to return Illinois. The state where I grew up in and lived pretty much my entire life. If I can't find the right girl where I can move back to my old state, then maybe it is a sign to where God calls me out here in Indiana. The most influential in my life would by my mom's godmother. In my free time I enjoy composing music on the piano. Where I used to live and grew up in was LaGrange Illinois. I'd attended Idea Elementary School, Gurrie Middle School and Lyons Township High School. I was a very active parishioner at St. Cletus Church in LaGrange. I used to attend College of DuPage but had to put school on hold. I was majoring in music. As of September 2014, before my family and I had moved to Galien Michigan. A small farm , country area where my mom's mother (my grandma) grew up at. My grandma's maiden name Koziel is pretty big in Galien Michigan and still have cousins living out there. We lived there until December 2015 and now we live in New Carlisle, Indiana in a country area like before. I live only 10 minutes away from Downtown South Bend. However I've recently became a Knight of Columbus at the church my grandmother grew up at. I have finally upgraded for 1 month. Since I'm the only boy in my family with growing up with two sisters, my dream is to have a family of my own, to return to Illinois, go back to school, but most importantly as you can see when I consider a vocation, it means I want to be a Deacon and not a priest.

Hi, I'm Claire. I graduated form Hillsdale college in MI this past May. I majored in speech and minored in Early Childhood Education. I was extremely passionate about volunteering at my school's local preschool and early elementary schools. This upcoming school year I will be a kindergarten aide in at a catholic school nearby and I am so happy and excited about it. I'm a very relaxed person, I am very content just watching movies and sitting with my friends playing games or something like that. I'm not the most outdoorsy of people but I love exercise. Overall I try and avoid drama and I love just relaxing and enjoying the little things in life. However, like I said above, my main passion in life is teaching children. I love life and love making people happy.

After living in Florida for the last 28 years, I finally made the decision, 10 months ago, to moved to the Chicago area, to be close of my children and grandchildren. I have enjoyed every minute ever since, meeting new people and having a wonderful time with my daughter, her husband and my beautiful grandchildren. However, because I'm still an active woman, work part time, I feel it is time for me to meet someone whom I can trust and together enjoy all the wonderful things available in this great city.

Hello and thank you for taking the time to view my profile. I hope your search is going well. I am kind, hard working, and willing to put a lot of effort, (including baking cookies and desserts) into a relationship for a special person. I am not into playing games and prefer drama in the movies and not in a relationship. I am affectionate, (holding hands and hugs are a must once we get comfortable with each other) and looking to partner with someone interested in a long term relationship. I hope to become best friends first and be someone that you can always count on. I am a good listener and think I could be the nicest man you have met in a long time. I have a huge heart and look to share in a great healthy and happy relationship. I am a father of two wonderful boys, ages 9 and 11. I have custody of them and I am very involved in their lives. I am involved in my faith, and think it is important to be a good example for them.. I seek someone who, is kind, considerate and funny. (a little quirky, nerdy and sarcastic too). I am looking for someone that is positive, supportive . I respond to all that write me. I do not respond to flirts or winks or favorites. Take a little time to write me a message. I am quite open to meeting people but I have a few things I would not consider (deal breakers) - People that only go to mass on Christmas and Easter - People that are still married - People that wear white after Labor Day, (just kidding) Good luck with your search. Sometimes I feel that all the good one's are taken, but who knows, unless we try and give ourselves a chance to meet one another , we will never know. Let's find out and see what unfolds. Jeff
