I love having fun and laughing which includes most sports, children, the Lord, my faith, people, reading, traveling....As well, I am a person who likes being well rounded and balanced; too much of anything is really not for me. I must have a God, family and that order but realizing that from time to time getting off track is normal. There seems to be a season or natural rhythm for everything.

While not a member of the church proper, I have for a long time been sympathetic to and leaned toward a traditionalist form of catholicism, and would like to find someone to help me with my journey to begin practicing what I preach in becoming a full-fledged Roman Catholic.

I'm a bit of a nut, probably an acorn, with a sarcastic sense of humor. It's not really hard to get to laugh at something. But I'm always willing to make others laugh as well, even if I am the joke. I love books, especially something written by Robert Jordan or Tolkien, as well as most classical literature. In case you can't tell, I'm not that good about talking about myself, I do better in a question and answer setting... oh well. I'm also a bit of a computer geek, you can usually find me either working on a computer of sitting in front of one. My favorites things to spend my time on, right now, are golf and working out. I do love going to movies, such as Sci-Fi / action or comedy films. I actually don't go out partying that much, usually preferring to hang out somewhere more quiet with family or friends, but every once in awhile a fun time out is a good thing. Not quite sure what else to say in this, but message me and I might do better.

*June 2017 Note: I am strongly considering a move to Michigan in order to be closer to family, friends, and a happy and like-minded church I have been a part of before. This Summer will be busy for me and I may not be as available to respond promptly to mail during part of it. I hope you understand! God bless you and thank you for reading my profile.* *February 2017 Note: I realize that I owe responses to many who I have greeted in the past and returned the greeting. I am working on this, but it may take a while! Thank you for your patience* Hello, I have been told that I am a loyal friend. I can be outgoing sometimes and shy other times, depending on the circumstances. I "think out loud" a lot and sometimes go back and forth about decisions, but can be very resolute about certain matters. I am artistic and like to draw, be musical, create videos, and write. I am a Traditional Catholic, and believe a lot has gone wrong in recent decades liturgically and with the faith in many churches which use the name Catholic, but in spite of the confusion the remnant is there. My dream is to have a home business but I would like to accumulate more money first, which has been difficult. I believe in a lot of what people call conspiracy theories about many well-known events which most people accept the official narratives of, I thought to be upfront about this because some have not been able to accept that. I can be more specific once we start chatting, but I'm just warning you now! My parents have been very influential in my life. They reside in the City of Battle Creek, Michigan currently. My father is a very caring person and my mother is prayerful. Two others who have been very influential in my life were my friends Aric and Keith. Aric is a peer friend who taught me about love and respect for others by his example. Keith is a middle aged man who has been a spiritual mentor for me. He is struggling with his health (his voice) so we don't speak as often anymore. I pray for President Trump regularly.

This may come out sounding like a college application essay. But really, who's actually good at writing about themself? Recently graduated with my BSN from SMC. I just took my licensing exam and started as a registered nurse on a progressive care unit. I hope to eventually become a midwife. My family and my faith have had a big influence on my life. Discussions about the Faith, led by my brilliant Dad, are common-place in my house. Growing up, we always said a family rosary together at night. I am ashamed to say that as I've gotten older, this is a habit that I've neglected, but I try. I'm a Traditionalist and have been going to the Latin Mass for most of my life. I am the eighth of nine kids. My older siblings are all married and I have 25 living nieces and nephews. I am a very shy person when I first meet someone. I open up a lot when I get to know them and if I start talking about certain things I don't shut up. My friends and family can attest to me being a little crazy, but in a good way (I hope...). My sense of humor can be a little weird. I'm a dog person ( I particularly love big dogs, and I have a soft spot for black labs). My favorite shows are BBC shows: Doctor Who, Sherlock and Downton Abbey; but my favorite show of all time has to be I Love Lucy. I like to read when I have some free time.

I believe in the One True Church-The Holy Roman Catholic Church. I look daily for the beauty around me of God,s creation.I had great nuns in early elementary school, a great first priest. My favorite animals are dogs. My main hobby centers around Railroadology.

I am most passionate about my faith. My faith is the only non-negotiable in my life. I am a cradle Catholic, and attend the Traditional Latin Mass. I was blessed to grow up in a close-knit family of faith-filled people. I am the oldest of four siblings, and I love my siblings dearly. I currently teach at a public middle school, and enjoy my work. It is imperative that all students with have every opportunity to achieve their potential. I am most passionate about teaching students with disabilities, and enjoy teaching language arts. My family is very important to me. Though we are in a few different cities now, we still keep in regular contact, and take every opportunity to spend time together. Our faith makes us strong, and we hope to welcome new members through the sacrament of Holy Matrimony. God bless you!

I've been described in quite a few ways: intelligent, hard-working, considerate, funny, unique. Truth be told, I've always felt simple. I love working, especially hands-on work. When I work, I always do the very best I can to serve my customers, and my employer. My greatest desire is to continue working, and to sacrifice myself 1,000 times every day for the sake of my future kids and wife (should it be God's will), that I may become more Christlike through that sacrifice. To be able to sacrifice in these ways will make me truly happy, because I believe that's what God intends. Of course, I'll fall short of such a standard, yet through Christ I may be made more perfect if I should continue to deepen my trust in Him. I enjoy many different things. I enjoy bonfires and camp activities. I also like to play the guitar, and will usually play many different kinds of music. I am also in the process of learning Korean. On occasion, I enjoy shooting guns. I also enjoy craft beers. There is far more to me, and anybody else than can be told in a profile. Most of who I am will be discovered over time.

I'm very passionate about creating things- I love to paint, knit, crochet, and I will try almost any craft at least once! (Unless it involves glitter. I refuse to clean up any glitter!) Summers for me are spent selling the things I make at various markets around Fort Wayne. I also spend a lot of time with my family. My mom, dad, and brothers have really influenced me and shaped me into the person I am today. Any leisure time I get is spent crafting and working on stock to sell during summers at farmers markets and antique markets. I also love reading, spending time with friends, helping my family, and, oddly enough, I really enjoy writing letters to people! I may have been born in the wrong century because I would much rather write a letter than talk on the phone!

Hi Wonderful Catholic Woman! God's blessings to you! I am a grateful convert to the Catholic Church. After too much education, I recently started a second career, practicing law. In the providence of God, I'm still single, but I still dream of marrying a beautiful, faithful Catholic girl, and having a lovely family someday. May God hasten the day. Amen St. Raphael the archangel, patron saint of singles, pray for us! - Ed
