I combined my words about myself and the person I'm seeking into one. The best way I can describe myself is someone who loves God with all of his heart. At times, I feel disappointed because I hate to let Him down. Although I try to be the best person I can be, sometimes I need to try harder. I would like to think of myself as someone who is honest and determined. I've been complimented on my sense of humor. I'm confident, not cocky and am very secure with who I am. Physically, I'm in very good condition. I like working out, especially hitting my heavy bag and enjoy being active. Like most people on this site, I just think my chances aren't very good in finding the person I'm looking for in my normal everyday life. Who may that be? She is someone whose first priority is God and family. She is honest, has integrity and well rounded interests. She may have the utmost dedication to her job and enjoy the finer things in life (while not being materialistic), but she realizes how special even the most insignificant activity is with the man she loves. I believe to a degree physical attraction is important, but I also believe real attraction begins when you fall in love with what's on the inside of a person. For me, even when she's 80, she still will be the most beautiful girl in the world! I don't think anyone can fit every aspect of what a person may be in search of, so a perfect match has to be unrealistic. I guess it comes down to if two people love God, have the same values, and are honest with each other, then that would be a good start. A small update: I had someone ask me how I felt about more children because she had thoughts that I may not be too accepting of the idea. It was on my mind, so I wanted to include an answer in my profile just in case someone else wondered the same thing. I believe children are a possibility if God so chooses. The Bible says in Luke 1:7 that Zechariah and Elizabeth were advanced in years. Now, my age may not as advanced as Zechariah's lol, but my age or possibly my future wife's age has no significance if God so chooses. Personally, I have no preference and am open either way. That's the best answer I can give on the subject.

Hi. Let me start off by saying that this is a first time experience for me. So please go easy on me! Hahaha! If I had to pick my better qualities, I would have to say that many people tell me I'm real easy to talk to. It doesn't take long for someone to feel comfortable around me. I'm very non-judgmental. I'm not a real big sports fan (I hope that doesn't turn you off). I'm a kid at heart who is kind of a comic book guy and I love the fall holidays but my 2 biggest passions are Halloween and Star Wars! But don't worry. I carry myself in a very mature way. I don't smoke or drink and I have no tattoos. I thought my might best bet would to I simply state what I have to offer. If you're looking for someone who can be loyal, affectionate, fun and does not play games, contact me. I'm as serious as you are.

I've been on this site for a year or so, so I'm making a few updates. "Creative" is the top word people use to describe me; I like the word "unique." I love dance and music, I'm quite artsy-crafty, and I am a nerd. Too-smart for my own good, always did good in school, I read (mostly audiobooks lately) for fun...but I try to be as well-rounded as possible. Key things about me: "My name is Soraya, and I am a chocoholic..." - I prefer a chocolate stout beer (or ANY craft beer) over a glass of wine - If you don't like to dance, you'll be spending time watching me dance or listening to me harass you about how you need to learn (Latin, ballroom, country, whatever ---- just dance!) - Sad truth: I haven't gone dancing since summer 2015, unless you count Zumba, and if it counts I'm horribly out of shape! - My patronus would be a swan (if you don't understand this you need to go read Harry - I'm mad that I've never done a Comic-Con or cosplay at one, and at this point all I have is nakedness and a bell ringer shouting "shame" - Halloween is my favorite holiday because only in America can you dress up like someone or something, knock on strangers houses AND get free candy. FREE CANDY PEOPLE! - I don't self-identify as a millennial, and prefer being a part of GenY or how about just no label...then I realize how milennial that sounds and conclude, f-it it's like that Eminem song "I am whatever you say I am" I can go on and on, but will stop here. It's more fun to get to know people in real life, in person or at least through open communication channels. :0)

I find myself walking down a familiar path - alone again. I am aware that I am trusting that life holds more happiness, joy and perhaps even love and companionship again. I trust but I am not sure. What I am sure of is that I do not want to live in fear - hiding from life. I will not surrender to fear or hurt - and I suspect that my "trust" may be my saving virtue. I know that some think that I am old - maybe even over the hill. I do not agree yet, I must admit, sometimes my body will complain as if to tell me, "Act your age!" I admit I do not act my age. There is a 25 year old in here somewhere, trying to escape the confines of this body. Sometimes I hope he succeeds because I really do miss him but other times I'm glad he is restrained because he could get me in a lot of trouble! I am also aware that my faith now subtlety dominates my life. I am not overtly nor even obviously "religious" but my faith is imbued in every aspect of my life to one degree or another. My faith has benefitted from suffering and pain willingly endured. Still, I am a regular guy. I love most sports - especially pro baseball, football and hockey - the only luxury I afford myself in this regard is season tickets to the Chicago Fire - the professional soccer club. I greatly admire educational or intellectual pursuits. I am often intrigued by civil intellectual debates (emphasis on the CIVIL part). Yet, as much as I love the "intellectual pursuits" or even the fine arts ... I am just as happy (if not more so) tapping my feet listening to good Bluegrass music act or getting caught up in the moment when the "fiddles" come out at a country music show. I don't read books as much as I should anymore but I still love a good book and I enjoy writing - although I hesitate to call myself a writer. Even so - I have written several short stories, or pieces, that have been published and I hope to do more in the future - as time allows. I love to read my newspaper and I am bored by television almost as much as I am bored by politicians. I fear for our culture, our country and our church but I do not despair because, as mentioned previously, I am blessed with the virtue of trust. Lastly I just want to add that I have come to understand that love is not an emotion, or a biological function. No it is not that - it is much more. Love is actually a choice. We can choose to love or not to love. In my case - I choose to love.

Hi I am Roberto I am very easy going but I do get upset if pushed the wrong way. I am looking for someone who, wants to become part of my life because I am not getting any younger but not in any rush to commit to any relationship but if the right person I looking forward spending more time with that person. I have large family and love them all. I have 3 sister and two brothers and lot of nephews and nieces I do see from time to time. Currently aim taking care of my mother and father they are doing fine but little odd stuff I tend to help them out every chance I can. I do like to have fun such as fishing, shooting pool, bowling and go to the movies and do, some out door activities also. I do like board games and cards too. I am looking forward for that special woman but who can be influence me in a positive direction other than that forget it . I need positive people around me I dont really so much negativity around me. Anyways I don't know what else to say but come and talk to me I am kind of shy but I loosen up or warm up to you once I get to know you it does take to long for me to feel your vibes and pretty good reading most people. I hope see you or talk to ya soon or later.

I guess you can say I'm a hard-working man who is established. I have a steady job, house , vehicles and of course bills. Lol. I grew up with a close family. I do have a daughter who is 12 that lives with her mother but I do try spending as much quality time with her as possible. I do have two dogs ,a Schnauzer and a chihuahua, so I obviously love dogs. I do dislike being lied to and always feel that partners should be honest and supportive.
