  • Samantha, 33 from Fort Wayne, IN
    33, Fort Wayne, IN
I have spent my adult life working on myself and getting to where I want to be, and now I feel as though I am ready to share myself with a man; although there are still items I am working on currently. I spent a lot of time on school, and I hold multiple degrees because of it. I am looking to further myself in my career, which is in the educational field. I also own my own photography (which I am certified) business. I love capturing God's beauty in everything I see. My concentration is in nature, animals, and landscapes. I am always looking for something new as a challenge; currently, I am learning to play the guitar, and I would love to get my certification as a scuba diver. The biggest challenge I am currently taking on is becoming physically healthier. I am in the process and I am doing well, but it is an ongoing thing. My full body shot was taken before I started, and I am 60 lbs lighter already...and counting! I am someone that loves to laugh, have conversations, see movies, go to concerts, and enjoy the life that God has given me. I am an animal lover, and I would love to meet someone who is as well. If you would like to get to know me better, message me. Have a great day!

I love the sound of rain and a crackling fire! I enjoy the outdoors, nature, animals (especially horses and dogs). I enjoy horseback riding, yoga, and meditation; all of which centers me. I also enjoy reading, writing, and exploring. I love the country, the beach, and the mountains, I really don't like the desert, but I'd go to the ends of the earth for my family. I am most passionate about helping people heal through equine assisted psychotherapy. It's truly a remarkable powerful transformative experience! I am independent, loving and easy-going. I enjoy focusing on the positive things in life, finding the sacred all around us, and living life to the fullest. I am not afraid of storms, for I am learning how to sail my ship. ~Louisa May Alcott "May God protect me from gloomy saints" - St. Teresa of Avila :-)
  • Scott, 39 from St John, IN
    39, St John, IN
Hello! Thanks for stopping by. My name is Scott. What can I say? I'm an outgoing, enjoy company and try-to-keep-busy kind of guy. I like to keep things simple for the most part and I'm really not that interested in keeping up with the Joneses. I generally like to have a plan, but I do enjoy rolling the dice from time to time. I enjoy being outside whether riding the bike, doing a run or spending time in the woods. I bought a place a few months back and while I suffer from IDD (interior decorating disorder) I like swinging a hammer and pulling out the shovels to work around the house. I like taking in all Chicago has to offer whether it be a bite, drinks or show. I like to think of myself as approachable and relatable and I like to learn new things. The truth is that after a meeting or two, people generally get to know me fairly well. I look forward for the chance to share the good and have fun with someone special.
  • Isela, 41 from South Bend, IN
    41, South Bend, IN
Hola!!! I was born and raised in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. I came to South Bend at the age of 19 and I been here with my family ever since. I am an outgoing person that loves to interact with people and make friends, but I also enjoy my own quiet time. My daughter and family are a huge and important part of my life. I have a big heart and a bigger and stronger faith. I am always willing to lend a hand to those in need not only because I enjoy helping others when possible but because is the right thing to do. I take on challenges with a positive attitude the same way I live my life day by day. I like to listen to music, enjoy dancing (very much), enjoy a good read, as well as watching movies. I also enjoy traveling, a walk in the park or on the beach as well as going camping which is always fun.
  • Ed, 53 from Indianapolis, IN
    53, Indianapolis, IN
I am passionate about social justice in the world and love that the Catholic Church has such a rich history of advocacy and outreach related to social justice. I get much out of helping/connecting/talking with others who are marginalized and/or are struggling and feel sort-of called to do so. I took a Just Faith course around 10 years ago (after having gone back to church roughly 12 years ago) and that basically got me involved in social justice issues and service. I also enjoy the outdoors and fairly regularly ride my bike and regularly jog (I find running to be mostly drudgery, but love it when I get done!). I am also a sports fan and enjoy going to Colts or Pacer or Indians' or Cubs' games. I am not obsessed with watching sports, but have enjoyed doing so since I was a kid. I have great memories of playing baseball all day long in the backyard with my brother during summer months and also of going to Cubs' games with him and my father. I am quite involved in my church community (St Monica Parish) and with advocacy for those less fortunate and do related activities in my spare time. I also find I am watching a bit more tv at night when I get home to decompress (after a full day of work and potentially an outreach event of some sort). I also like going to movies occasionally and enjoy reading as well. I am a pretty quiet person and don't have a ton of friends to hang with in the evenings, but enjoy dinners/lunch/coffee with some friends every now and then. I also ride my bike at times with a few friends. I tend to put in some extra hours at work (I work for an agency called Trusted Mentors where I match volunteer mentors with folks who need/want them). I am a big fan of music (mostly rock) and like going to concerts. I also enjoy traveling but have cut back since starting my current job last November.
  • Len, 42 from Crown Point, IN
    42, Crown Point, IN
Hi. Let me start off by saying that this is a first time experience for me. So please go easy on me! Hahaha! If I had to pick my better qualities, I would have to say that many people tell me I'm real easy to talk to. It doesn't take long for someone to feel comfortable around me. I'm very non-judgmental. I'm not a real big sports fan (I hope that doesn't turn you off). I'm a kid at heart who is kind of a comic book guy and I love the fall holidays but my 2 biggest passions are Halloween and Star Wars! But don't worry. I carry myself in a very mature way. I don't smoke or drink and I have no tattoos. I thought my might best bet would to I simply state what I have to offer. If you're looking for someone who can be loyal, affectionate, fun and does not play games, contact me. I'm as serious as you are.

  • Nicholas, 22 from Martinsville, IN
    22, Martinsville, IN
I always try to find the good in people. My parents and my sister have been a huge part of my life and I was home schooled so we did (and still do) alot of stuff together. I like to shoot pool, bowling, play video and board games, watching movies, swimming, archery (I have many hobbies...) and just hanging out and talking. I also love to cook, I have a lot of family recipes that have been passed down to me. I am a big joker, I love to bring laughter to everyone's lives. I am very pro-life, I love kids, and I would love to have some of my own some day. I try to remain humble at all times, even though sometimes that proves to be difficult. I am a very easy going guy, and I love life. I try to become a better man everyday so that one day I can be a good husband and father. I encourage you to reach out to me if you read all of this and you'd like to talk a bit more.
  • Alisa, 41 from Bloomington, IN
    41, Bloomington, IN
A recent transplant to Bloomington, I am thrilled to living in a college town again! I am enjoying both of my local parishes and am impressed by the inter-parish faith formation and social justice opportunities. The oldest of two, I am fortunate to have a bevy of cousins, and travel back to Nebraska is a regular part of my vacation time. When I'm not on the go, I am often knitting, writing, or exploring a new recipe in the kitchen.

I love being outdoors - especially near water and the beach. Love going for walks, bike rides...and working in the yard. I love sailing and the beach. Just to be on/near the water. My family and I go camping together every fall. I'm not great at tennis, golf or basketball, but love playing them anyway. I'm a big Notre Dame fan. Since I was a kid, my dad and I have watched ND football games together every Saturday. He and I tease my mom when she runs errands when the game's on. I'm a healthy eater and love to cook. I'm focused on clean eating, free of GMO's, pesticides, etc. And selecting meats from local farmers. Latest kitchen experiments are with wild rice, bacon and mushrooms. Love a great steak. My favorite dessert is still cake with yummy frosting! I lived in the Pacific NW nearly all my adult life, but moved here about 6 years ago. I'm really glad I moved back closer to my family. I traveled throughout the U.S. growing up and traveled to Europe & Scandinavia a couple times after college. My favorite places abroad so far have been Ireland and Norway. Two things created fundamental shifts in me that have lasted a lifetime: going to the concentration camp at Dachau; and crossing over into East Berlin before the wall came down. Hard to put into words, but it deepened my faith and my commitment to others in a profound way. A series of events led to my adopting two great boys/brothers. They're incredible kids, ages 10 and 12 now. I've had significant career opportunitinities, and-come-to-life doing big presentations. But, what's most important to me, is helping newer staff advance their skills. For many years, I was in charge of the student internship program at work. I believe that helping newer staff grow professionally is important.
  • Patrick, 43 from Evansville, IN

Hello I love spending time with my kids and family. They are the most important part of my life. My children are involved in many activities and I try my best to be an engaging parent so I stay pretty busy. I often volunteer and go to school functions, competitions, and practices. Helping my kids, neices, nephews, and God children grow up to be wonderful young adults is what I am passionate about. Just being involved and being able to lend a hand when family and freinds need a little something is very rewarding to me. Outside the circle of family and friends I am also active in my parish, helping out when I can. I attend mass weekly, frequently go to Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, and partipate in Cursillo. I look forward to meeting up with friends and sharing my faith. As my family has grown so too has my faith life. I have always been a cradle catholic, but a simple invitation to a bible study started me on my own journey to be more active in my faith. Next came an invite to a Christ Renews His Parish weekend. Then an opportunity for a Cursillo weekend. Through these activities I have made lasting friendships that have been very influential my exploration of faith. My CHRP members and fellow Cursillistas have been my support while going through life as a single dad. My family and close friends are all people that I can count on and trust. They are my source of encouragement and strength. I stay pretty busy between work and being a dad, but when I do have free time I enjoy being outside doing just about anything. Things like gardening, yard work, and cutting firewood are relaxing for me just as hiking, biking, running, skiiing, and fishing. I like helping on the family farm, motorcycling, watching or attending Nascar races or motorcycle races, and watching college football. Getting together with friends and family for a drink at the end of the day is always a good time too. I am pretty diverse in terms of entertainment I like going to the ballpark, movies, concerts, or the occasional philharmonic. It all depends on the company I am with. Learning about horse riding is very challenging for me. I enjoy the time I get to share with my daughters and the horses. Thanks for taking the time to look at my profile.

I am an outdoorsy person. I love walking in the woods. I love pretty much all animals - Especially dogs. I am active in my church where I Usher most weeks. I enjoy reading the bible and learning new things/aspects of it. I am generally shy around new people but once the ice is broken I can chat you up like the rest of them.
