I'm a fairly recent transplant to Indianapolis from NYS and while I'm a Yankee at heart, I'm looking forward to exploring and learning about the Midwest. I've been divorced 30 years and have been involved in two long-term relationships. While each is a good man, neither could ultimately commit. I have three grown children and three grandchildren; my youngest son lives in Indianapolis, my daughter in Virginia, and my middle son in Tennessee. I'm not particularly high-maintenance; I enjoy staying home, sharing a meal, watching a movie or reading a good book. That said, I enjoy adventures to almost any locale. I love to hop in the car on the spur of the moment and drive to nowhere. Oftentimes, it turns out to be a special somewhere. I'm a tourist at heart and love visiting new places and learning about new cultures. I enjoy taking pictures and have a lot of fun with my camera. I HATE malls--malls are the death of western civilization as we know it--and do most of my shopping online. The unexamined life is boring and curiosity is essential. I try to make each day count and believe the small things that make life special are most important.

Passionate about my faith (growing in it) and my family (praying them into Heaven); all else takes second place. Greatest influences; My parents, quite strict but built us to be strong, to love God, to be fair to others. I appreciate all they sacrificed for the family. Leisure time? I spend way too much time on the computer and have cut that way back, except that I really enjoy writing and hope to publish someday. I love my dog, had two until recently. I read a lot, lovelovelove music and in my imagination I am an amazing dancer but reality is more like Elaine on Seinfeld. Swim almost daily. Pilates 2 times a week. Love wave running and jumping waves whenever I get the chance. Politics is one of my many passions, so a bit distracted these days! I love old movies which is a passion I inherited from my mother. I'm especially fond of World War 2 movies based on hearing my father's experience in the army. Or any movie that I find edifying or based on a true story I always enjoy. Love remodeling and decorating. I would like to study photography, I am drawn to snapping away at sunsets and autumn scenes or nature in general.

Travel to places yet explored makes my heart sing. Also the different service opportunities I've had including Red Cross work and Timmy Foundation medical trip to Guatemala give me great satisfaction.

Just getting back in dating scene. Looking for someone to talk to, laugh with and get to know. I enjoy quiet time at home with classic or foreign films, reading, and discussing politics and religion. Have my 11 year old twins at home every other week(late start). Hope to find someone that is kind, gentle and forgiving.

Hi. I consider myself a friendly, generous and compassionate person who misses the 'we' of having a relationship with someone and everything that means; friendship, romance, laughter, perhaps love, but mostly a true companion who enjoys life and wants to share new adventures and memories. I enjoy live music, road trips and art fairs, hiking, new restaurants, coffee shops, walking on the beach, bike rides, campfires, reading, movies, sporting events, classy flea markets. I feel both energized and at peace when I am in natural settings; woods, rivers, ocean, meadows, mountains, rain forest. I like exploring in general, I guess - parks, cities, anywhere I haven't been - but also visiting old favorites. I love animals and have one dog and one cat who share my life. I am easily amused and tend to see the humor in most everything. I laugh a lot, which is one thing I will look for in someone new - please don't take yourself too seriously!

My life is full with family and friends. We go out, stay in, play cards, and lean on each other. I enjoy theatre and movies, outdoor...anything!, and great conversation. I am smart, intellectually curious, funny and I love to laugh, have an irreverent (cheeky perhaps?) sense of humor, a foodie, have an active life style, and genuinely care about people. The most important qualities I look for are: integrity, kindness, a strong intellect, and someone who is passionate about their own life.

I'll keep this short and simple. Cradle Catholic. Baptized in 1990. Confirmed in 2005. My Catholic faith is the center of my life and influences everything that I do. It's safe to say that I thoroughly enjoy being a Catholic. I enjoy keeping busy in my Parish with my commitments to multiple Mass Ministries and Parish Committees. I am also very active in my community as well as I make Meals-on-Wheels deliveries and tutor math at a local elementary school. I very much enjoy any opportunity to give back as this builds up the Kingdom of God. I work as a Certified Public Accountant in Beautiful Downtown Indianapolis (I also live in downtown Indianapolis). I am originally from Muncie, Indiana and graduated from Ball State University in 2014.
