Things you should know about me: 1. My faith is very important to me and the guide to how I live my life. 2. I would not be where I am today without my family and friends. I live in a small town with a very small Catholic population, and with my schedule, it's not easy to meet single people who share my faith and values. I feel strongly called to marriage, but I want to focus on building a solid friendship before moving into a romantic relationship, if God wills it. I enjoy spending time with my family and close friends; being outside - camping, canoeing, hiking; road trips to explore new places and learn new things; working in the barn with my girls' 4H pigs every spring/ummer; home improvement projects and reading. I'm very down-to-earth, in the sense that I'm not into fancy cars/clothes/name brands (except certain things like peanut butter - I'm a Jif girl). I'm easy going, and have a good sense of humor. I'm open and honest and easy to get to know. I'm fluent in sarcasm and snark, so some teasing is a very real possibility. I have two teen daughters at home who keep me busy, and an adult son, who makes me very proud. I don't get to see him nearly enough, but I guess that's what happens when they grow up.

I am most passionate about my faith. My faith is the only non-negotiable in my life. I am a cradle Catholic, and attend the Traditional Latin Mass. I was blessed to grow up in a close-knit family of faith-filled people. I am the oldest of four siblings, and I love my siblings dearly. I currently teach at a public middle school, and enjoy my work. It is imperative that all students with have every opportunity to achieve their potential. I am most passionate about teaching students with disabilities, and enjoy teaching language arts. My family is very important to me. Though we are in a few different cities now, we still keep in regular contact, and take every opportunity to spend time together. Our faith makes us strong, and we hope to welcome new members through the sacrament of Holy Matrimony. God bless you!

Laid back father of a beautiful daughter. I work hard and play hard. Raising a 10 year old is a HUGE part of my life right now (travel soccer, CYO sports, travel basketball, Girl Scouts, etc) but I wouldn't change it for the world. I would love for someone to share it with. I love to travel and roadtrip... I love good Whiskey and IPAs.... I'm starting to get back into running/Tris.... I have a job where I have to be serious all day but I love to laugh and have a good time... Usually the only time I get angry is if my fantasy football team loses or I get stuck in traffic.... I have a big family that I love hanging out with...I would love to meet someone that can challenge me, laugh with me, and grow with me... I go to Mass every Wednesday and most Sunday's (and RCIA on Tuesday) I usually only watch tv when I'm watching Netflix as I'm going to bed.. (The Office, House of Cards, Sons of Anarchy). I'm a huge IU, Pacers, and Colts fan... I owe everyone a preemptive apology for the awkward selfies. I didn't have any pics without my daughter.. A 37 year old man should never be put in a position where he has to take selfies.

I love the Lord and seek (key word) to focus on the good things He has provided for us, such as music and jokes. I'm a bit of an anotomy nerd, especially when it comes to muscles/bones and how they work together. I like watching sports and although I don't always know what's going on I'd love to learn! I'm a planner but I love spontaneity. I didn't grow up doing many outdoorsy things but kayaking, hiking skiing and shooting are all on my list of things I'd like to at least try at some point. I'm looking to meet people interested in seeking the Lord's will and enjoying the beautiful gifts and quirks He's given to His children. This world is not our home-Heaven is our goal and I'm looking for a training partner, someone to share the rest of this journey with.

I'm a compassionate person with a broad view of the world. I've been fortunate to experience quite a bit of international travel and enjoy excursions /adventure. Although I am more interested in domestic travel these days. I am a catechist, extraordinary minister of holy communion and a lector at my parish. My faith is a large part of what makes me who I am, but I am very grounded and would consider myself a realist.
