30, New Hope, KYI love Jane Austen!!! I'm in love with Mr. Darcy from Pride and Prejudice. I am silly allot. I am the oldest of eight all together. As a child our family went camping all the time. My parents are from California but I have always grown up in a little town in Central Kentucky. I was in a convent from the age of 19-21. I never took final vows. Although I did receive a habit on the feast of St. Joseph March 19th. And also a name, Sr. Mary Virgin of Humility, after St. Fra Angelico's painting of Our Lady (which I saw the original painting in DC). Our family has chickens and rabbits and a cat named Kiwi. I think Id like to express the inmost of my being as one who can't live without showing another compassion and love. I can love God but that is realized in the love we show to those around us. I always believe in Therese's little way of love that the most important thing to do is right in front of you. That Gods will is in the everyday moments. You do not need to look very far to see His will. And the more you will realize God's providence is when you are faithful to the little details in life. This is my peace. He leads me. It's funny that the saints in my life have kinda picked me and not the other way around. Especially St. Joseph. I have 12 nieces and nephews all very young (from the age of 6-3months, and two unborn children which I did include in my count) and I spend a lot of my time with them. My Goddaughter Rosalia is in one of my pictures. My family likes to think they are full Italian sometimes lololo but only because my grandpa is from sicily. I love to cook.
28, Louisville, KYMy friends and family know me as an easy-going girl with a good sense of humor. I love children and am a third grade teacher at a local Catholic school. In my free time, I love spending time with my family, taking my dogs to the park, finding the next great book, and trying different brews of coffee. Im looking for a strong but kind Catholic man who is ready for marriage and places his faith and family first.
33, Louisville, KYI am traditionally minded, I value modesty and my faith is very important to me. I'm tall, 5'10", friendly and enjoy good conversations and simple fun. I tend to be a strong leader, but capable of being submissive. I have many hobbies ranging from gardening to oil painting. I don't really know what else to say, but feel free to say hello and start a conversation if you want to know any more!
24, Louisville, KYI'm a problem solver and a hard worker. I like to surround myself with high achieving, principled people who strive towards goals, such as becoming the best version of himself/herself. In my free time, I like to try new restaurants, cook, solve Sudoku puzzles, play video games, watch Netflix, play tennis, and play video games. I live with my parents currently, but I am saving (heavily) to buy a house. My parents have prepared me well in terms of taking care of a household, so don't worry about me being a slob or an unwilling contributor to chores. I'm introverted upon meeting a new person, but, if given time, I can forge a good relationship with just about anyone. I don't want to forge a lifelong romantic relationship with just anyone though -- I want her to be a devoted Catholic woman.
37, Louisville, KYI love spending time with my family, and I especially love being an aunt. I am pretty laid back. I like to read, watch movies, hang out with friends, and try new things. I am looking for a man who shares my same beliefs, who attends the Traditional Latin Mass. I want to find someone who is honest, caring, funny, and looking for marriage and children.
34, Louisville, KYMy name is Neil, I moved to Louisville six years ago for my job. In my spare time I like to spend time with my golden retriever, grill out, play golf, and watch DUKE basketball. Most influential people in my life are my parents and grandparents.
60, Louisville, KYHello my name is Jerry, I am passionate about my catholic faith and trying to live a Christian life style. I look forward to good health and enjoying life. My most fulfilling experience has been having a family and raising my two sons. I am retired I was a real estate broker I enjoy travel being in the great out doors.
39, Louisville, KYI have had a chance to see several parts of the world both in the service and college. That was a lot of fun for me. I do enjoy good conversation. I like going to festivals like Oktoberfest or Irishfest. I always enjoy sampling the different foods and beers that they offer as well as just enjoying the atmosphere. I like doing projects at my home. I enjoy what the city life has to offer but also have property about an hour away in the country where my family lives. It has been a great place to go to and just enjoy. I have two adopted sons who have both graduated from high school and are starting new chapters in there lives. I never thought in a million years that as a single man I would have fostered and adopted two boys. It was definitely a leap of faith. It help me to see that God's plans are not always my plans. It also made me more aware that service is important to me. I get excited about where my life is going and the next adventure God is directing me toward. In the last two years I have begun taking care of adult people with intellectual disabilities. It has been very rewarding and eye opening to the different type of marginalized people we have all around us. You really don't have to go any farther than outside your front door to find those in need. I have a close family of six brothers, one sister and my mom who is still living. While I don't get to see them as often as I used to we have a great time when we're together. I am open to living in new places but at this time my responsibilities keep me in this region of Kentucky. However if I met the right person I'm very open to moving but it would be something I would hope would be discerned together. I spent some of my life to discerning a call a call to the priesthood. I was always taught that if you are Catholic man you should at least explore and be open to all of the things God may be calling you to. I am open to marriage to a person who is not perfect but who wants to grow in their faith and walk with someone who is wanting to do the same. My Catholic faith is important to me. I appreciate more what a great gift God gave me in the Church. Latley I have enjoyed the eastern liturgies in our faith. That has been a beautiful experience especially to see how diverse the church really is. Glory be to Jesus Christ! Glory be to Him forever!
52, Louisville, KYMy life is simple but busy. The work I do is difficult but at the same time rewarding. A little over a year ago I left my career of 25 years to accept a position to run a program that advocates for local abused and/or neglected children. It keeps me hopping, sadly. Always holding on to hope that someday there will not be a need for my position. A year ago a wonderful bundle of joy entered my life. A granddaughter. She is certainly my joy, but I work hard to maintain a healthy balance between spending time with her, my work and my social life. It's autumn, my favorite time of the year. Weekends are spent out enjoying the beauty autumn lends itself. Some interests are street festivals, small town shopping, hiking, bike riding and enjoying time with family and friends. That being said, the most important thing to me is my faith. I can't imagine life without it.
41, Louisville, KY"I shall be telling this with a sigh Somewhere ages and ages hence: Two roads diverged in a wood, and I-- I took the one less traveled by, And that has made all the difference." -Robert Frost
39, Louisville, KYI have been fundamentally content with my story thus far... I have a steady, intellectually-challenging job I enjoy... a house to make my own... a close circle of good reliable friends to hang out with... and family that unconditionally loves me. I've devoted so much time finding myself, that I haven't devoted much time finding someone else. I think I know who I'm looking for, but ultimately I'm not sure. We would motivate and challenge each other to be better people. You would ignore my humor, while I try harder for attention. We would have as much fun going out as staying indoors. By day, I work in technology/computers. But, after-hours, I like to have fun like anyone else. My name is Jeff, nice to meet you! "
65, Louisville, KYKind, thoughtful, caring lady who loves to cook and go on adventures. Love the outdoors, movies, history, travel, theater and shopping. Known as a honest and trustworthy person with a big heart.
