56, Taunton, MAI am generally quiet, reserved, an introvert but apparently I don't come across that way, because people often say I am a good conversationalist and have an out-going personality. I tend to think about things a lot, and I am passionate about Church and Constitution-related issues; I come down on the conservative side on both fronts. I firmly believe that our Lord established the Church on earth and that the Holy Spirit guides the Church, led by the Pope and bishops. I find strength and comfort in the knowledge that it is Christ, not people, in whom we place our hope and trust. With the exception of our Mother, Mary, we humans are sinners and do nothing good without God's grace. The history of the world demonstrates how "absolute power corrupts absolutely", and we need to be always vigilant against tyrants and dictators taking control of the populace. I am conservative in my politics because I see that big government is the breeding ground of tyranny, and I value our U.S. Constitution as a safeguard for our God-given liberty. Throughout my life, those who have been most influential upon me are my parents. I had major surgery when I was only 18 and my parents got me through it. My father was always my greatest supporter when it came to my art talent. With 7 children,he had great faith in God, ever confident that "God will provide". I have had my share of struggles and heartaches, and when I recall my father's reaction to his troubles, it gives me encouragement to overcome. My Mom, who passed away nearly 2 years ago, was, (as mothers usually are) the heart of the family, and I am very close to her, even now, as I strongly believe in the after- life and that those whom we loved in life remain with us in the life beyond. I tend to look at the big picture in life, even when I am dealing with difficult people or even family members. We, each, have traveled a particular road in life and are where we are due in large part to that road. In my leisure time, I like to watch a good movie that reflects on some of the "life journey" issues, and that have good character development, not just "special effects". As an artist, I like special effects, and panoramic scenery, but a person's life story is always of great interest. I hope that in my last days I will look back on my life and have no regrets, having relied on God to sustain a life "worthy of the One who called me".
32, Sandwich, MAI think I'm a good balance: introspective and intellectual, but with an adventurous spirit. Traditionally masculine, but also emotionally supportive and caring in a relationship. Serious about the things that really matter, but with a good sense of humor about everything else. I love to travel whenever I can, mostly to Europe, but an impulsive road trip down South with friends is a lot of fun too. I try to get to Nantucket whenever I can to sail, surf, fish, and just enjoy being on the water. I love the outdoors, especially hiking in the mountains, but I also enjoy a night on the town as well. 34, Fall River, MA"As a lily among brambles, is my love among maidens." (Song of Solomon 2:2). I am passionate about my faith most of all. Secondly, I want to be a success in life. And third, I want to growing in an understanding of what Christ has revealed to the Church. Wife and children, when they come, will go right after faith, God willing. I love humor. I am quirky a bit, but in a good way. I am very warm, and alway quick to defend those who are being treated unfairly. I am much more country then I am urban. I tend to be too nice. I am a good leader but know when to follow if needed. I am a deep person. Although, very open, it takes a while before anyone fully gets to know me. I like to hunt, fish, cook, make wine, read, participate in sports, and play video games every once and a while. My family and especially my mother have been a guiding force in my life. I am a born and raised conservative Catholic. But, did not personally take on those beliefs, until I was a teenager. The photos that I have unloaded are just the ones I have. I could easily take a photo as good as any of these at any time. Just not a big photo taker. In some I have more or less weight. I have been up and down. Right now, I have been working out a lot and have really been trying to get into shape and stay there. Read the caption on some, because they may have been taken a few years ago. I posted them because they show my personality, and I thought that might be helpful. Just being honest.

25, Oak Bluffs, MAHello! Pretty simple... I'm looking for someone to go out with and have fun. When I made this account I had more time to meet someone... see, I joined the military and leave the area in April so I'm not necessarily looking for anything serious at this point, but who knows what could happen! It can't hurt to go out and see if we click. Worst case scenario I make a new friend! Right now I substitute teach at the local high school, and it is certainly fun! However, I am looking forward to commissioning this summer as an Air Force officer! I'm definitely a book and coffee lover, I go to the gym and love hiking, I think there is more to life than a 9-5 desk job and am doing everything in my power to figure out what that means for me. I love to travel, but don't really get to that much - so I really want to get around more in the future. I'm very ambitious and dedicated, loyal to my friends, and frankly I'm one of those people that 'just gives a damn.' But I'm easy to get along with and love stupid/corny jokes. I love coffee in the morning, a good day at work, and wine with a friend on the weekend. Let's chat and see where it goes! I'm a pretty open book, so feel free to message with any questions!
