I am young at heart, but serious about the important things in life. I have a variety of interests - I enjoy staying in and relaxing in front of a fire, as well as going out. I love traveling, as well as taking a walk in the nearby Arboretum. I have a Liberal Arts background, and am currently working as a business analyst. I enjoy languages, especially Spanish. (I can say 'cheers' in several languages ;-). I am very blessed to have a wonderful family and incredible friends. I love to laugh, I have a positive attitude, and I'm friendly, as well as sensible, practical, diplomatic and fair. I love harvest moons, eating a meal outside, and hearing crickets on a late-August evening. I have four nieces and one nephew who bring me so much joy!

I am a practicing Catholic who strives to place God at the center of my life. I am interested in meeting a woman who shares my religious values. My favorite hobbies are reading (primarily history, philosophy and theology) and travel. In my work as a lawyer I seek to serve God by using my talents to help the poor and the marginalized.

Yup. I am definitely a social person. Love to be outside, love to dance, and going to see shows. I love to walk. A lot. So, basically, I hope you do, too. Some of the best conversations are during walks. So I'm here because I am tired of meeting people who do not share the same views as me. Granted, I am not the most religious person, but I enjoy being Catholic, going to church, singing at Mass (why do I seem like one of only a few?), and loving God for what He has done for all of us. Yes, I was previously married, outside of the church, and I tried my hardest to make it work. Oh, and I would love to have kids. After I finished my MBA at Tulane in New Orleans (hometown), I've been starting a new career back in Boston. Previously, I lived in Boston when I got my BFA at Mass Art. So the diet question is limiting and I don't know how to answer. I am really only kinda Pescatarian (no meat, but fish), but "eat meat once a week" tends to be more my style. Plus, I don't speak fluent French, just enough to not really get by. Okay, so I find a lot of those questions needed commentary, but I guess that would be for our conversations later.

I am observant Catholic of my faith. I would like to meet people and share ideas and feelings. I am a cheerful and optimistic person. I like the people who are sincere and loyal, reliable. I have big dreams that i would like to share. I think that the most important things of life have value and not price and that both in the simple things as in the major projects the most important thing is the love we put each thing.

My passion in life is to learn how the people of our generation have contributed to making the world a better place. I look forward to seeing and hearing from my family; my mother, my children, my grandson, my extended family, and my friends talk about what's new and what inspires them in their worlds. Having had the singular experience of being a widow for the last nine years and raising five children through ages 11 and 12 to adulthood, alone, I have studied the differences in young people as they approach life's new challenges and expectations. Needless to say, my six children have been influential in my life during these last years. My maternal grandmother was the most influential person in my early life. She taught me to pray and to give to others with the skills and talents that God had given me as she did. She was a seamstress and I watched, learned and helped as she made and sent clothes for our family in Canada who had 17 children and their mother had died. She taught me to stay in touch with the world by having me watch the 11 P.M. news with her as she pointed out injustices in the United States that she felt my generation needed to change. I was also influenced by Monsignor Phillip J. Kenney who marched in Selma, Alabama for Civil Rights. He was the Pastor of St. Catherine Church in Manchester, New Hampshire in the late 60's where I sang and played guitar at Sunday mass throughout High School and for the annual Summer Bible Camps. He inspired me to major in music and to go to Emmanuel College in Boston, Massachusetts from which I graduated and went on to receive my M. Mus. from the Boston Conservatory and did Doctoral studies at Boston University. My leisure time has been limited but I enjoy all types of musical concerts, theatre, dinner, and conversation with friends and family. I like attending lectures where I can learn what other people of our generation and the new generation are doing to improve the world we live in. I also love to travel, ski and skate and take long walks.
  • Paulina, 26 from Jamaica Plain, MA

Note: I am currently planning a move back to my hometown in California this summer 2017, so I am not (necessarily) looking for something long-term in the Boston area. People would say I'm outgoing (high on the extroversion scale!), honest (incredibly upfront!), and positive (at times, bubbly!). My life is ruled by the three F's: I'm constantly striving to keep my faith at the center of my life, and I've been incredibly blessed to have the most loving and supportive family and friends. I'm also really into food (but who isn't?!) and enjoy traveling, reading, and learning new things (I can be incredibly nerdy when I want to be, which is often). I also have terrible hand-eye coordination so my preferred form of exercise is long-distance running. I've spent nearly five years now in Boston, but am excited and finally ready to be moving back home to Southern California this summer. If you want to learn more, please feel free to message me.

Hi I'm Irvin. I am from Dominican Republic and moved to Boston, Ma in 2011. I work in a software engineering company as a quality assurance engineer. I am looking forward to get my bachelors degree in IT. Information Technology is my passion. Is very interesting how we can make true an idea by codes and commands. I was not raised in a Christian environment, that said, I was living life without knowing God for 18 years. When I was 17 years old, people from the catholic church invited me to a catechesis about God. Since then, I converted christian-catholic when I was 19 by being baptized on a Easter night in 2009. When ever I have free time I like to go out, see a movie, watching documental about religion or anything that sounds interesting in general and listening catechesis in general.

I'm like a real life Chandler Bing but just crazy enough to enjoy statistical analysis and data reconfiguration... I'm also the treasurer for a local civic organization which helps people learn about the political process and become more informed and engaged citizens. On the side I do tours of the North End just because I love history and meeting new people from around the world. Looking at starting a tour company in the future. I love finding new bars and restaurants in Boston - however, I do love to cook and am always experimenting with new recipes. Im extremely loyal to my friends and family, whether it just means grabbing a drink support a friend after work or hopping on a last minute train to visit my sister in the hospital. If you think we might get along, let me know - maybe we will even have a real, live, in person date over a beverage in a romantically lit environment. -Pat ENTJ for you Meyers Briggs personality watchers. I just wanted to clarify my position on pre-maritial sex. I agree with the Church teaching, but I certainly have fallen short of that standard. It is really about the person I am with and what she wants in our relationship.

I'm a Catholic religious educator running an ecumenical doctoral program while I accompany my sister toward death (Alzheimer's on top of Down Syndrome). I am passionate about all of that. It is hard to have room for anything else right now. When I do have some time I am walking in nature, beach, Walden Pond, etc. I have met some extraordinary people, seen some extraordinary art, read some extraordinary books but can't find the energy to write about that right now...I will check back in in a few months.
