Believe in the sanctity of human life, and Divine Mercy. Am a driver for the ride. Taking people with disabilities, mental, physical or both, to where they want to go. Often go for walks, and workout. Read inspirational & self improvement books. Been to Fatima, Portugal. Currently attending a Lay Dominican's prayer meeting one Sunday a month, & have done a soup-kitchen every other month. In a sometimes hectic life find it a healthy challenge to do it all with family, friends and work, and be kind, compassionate and sensitive to everyone like Jesus would be. And someone said that the most one loves Jesus is measured by the most one loves the one person one loves the least.

I'm a teacher who moved here 7 years ago from California. "Why would you leave CA?" I hear that all the time. Basically, I visited here as a kid and loved it so while standing on some street in Boston I told myself I was going to live here someday. I kept that to myself so when someday came almost 20 years later people were surprised. I occasionally enjoy things the city has to offer, such as, the MFA, walking the Freedom Trail, going to the Commons and people watching, and sometimes going to see the Red Sox play. I also enjoy taking classes through various community education groups. These have included chocolate candy, Indian food, blacksmithing, pastels, and jewelry making. While in CA I would hang out with friends, go to Old Town San Diego or Coronado, see the Padres, go to an Aztec football game, go to Julian for the day during the fall, and every once in a while go to the beach. I enjoy art and can sometimes be found making collages, using chalk pastels, making jewelry with found items from my grandfather's workshop, and other things. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, however, I haven't been able to see most of my family in couple of years due to my work and miss them a lot. I am planning on getting out to CA this Christmas, so I am excited! I can get amused at the littlest of things. Most especially, bendy straws. Don't know why, but they are the best things ever! I've been known to give a little cry of excitement if my drink comes with one. Patience, compassion, friendly, helpful, and caring are a few words to describe me.

Hi, let me introduce myself. I'm laid back, silly, funny, and have a streak of wise guy! I'm passionate about the things most important to me, like family, friends, trust, and doing what's right. I love music (old school country, blues, rock, Americana), animals (if you love horses, that's great), friends, family and genuine people. I'm outgoing and kind and I love helping people. I think old fashioned romance and love is sweet. I like people who notice the world around them. I have an appreciation for life and for and people who have overcome challenges. I was raised Catholic by two amazing parents and come from a big, loving family. I work hard and spend my free time unwinding with music, friends and chilling...

I've decided to revamp this section using more of a list format, which will hopefully make it easier for you to tally up how many mythical boxes I check before deciding whether or not to start a conversation. Things I am good at: -Listening/observing -Communicating -Building Legos with my nephews -Not falling asleep during my nieces' dance recitals -Finding humor in every day life -Setting goals and achieving them -Compromising (learned this early on as the third of 4 siblings) -Letting people go in traffic -Chivalry Things I am still working on: -Writing about myself on online dating profiles -Most yoga manuevers -Identifying which Barbie I'm supposed to buy for a Christmas/birthday gift Well, if you've made it this far, I must not have listed any deal-breakers. On a more serious note, I'm an easy-going clinical pharmacologist (not an oxymoron) with an interesting 9-5. After a long week at the office, I like to clear my head by spending time near a body of water fishing or taking my car out for a mystery ride. I am very family-oriented and enjoy spending time with my 7 nieces and nephews. I also like attending sporting events, especially college basketball games, and make at least one trip every year to Saratoga to enjoy a day at the races. Although I do not drink, it's perfectly fine if you do. I'm looking for partner that is down-to-earth, family-oriented, comfortable in her own skin, and who tries to make the best of any situation. If you want to know anything else, feel free to shoot me a message.
