35, Huntsville, ALHello! My name is Brian, and I'm from Huntsville, Alabama. I've spent most of my childhood and adult life living in the Rocket City (Space and Rocket Center). My parents have blessed me with a K-12 Catholic education, and I am a alumnus of St. Bernard Preparatory School in Cullman. From there, I went to Auburn University to study in the Pre-Veterinary curriculum. I worked for the AU's Veterinary College taking care of cats for research and volunteered taking care of birds of prey at the Raptor Center. My involvement with the Catholic Student Organization is where my faith deepened. I made good friends of solid faith. My story continues from there leading back to Huntsville. I was active and athletic both in high school and my Auburn days. I enjoy playing sports, especially jogging and basketball. Auburn had a lot of opportunity for me. It wasn't just about academics, work, and church. I played intramural sports. One, out of many, was football, and while playing this sport I suffered a blow to my head. To make a long story short, I needed medical attention closer to where my family was living. I suffer a headache to this day from that blow. Doctors seem to be running out of options for as to resolve this headache and bring healing. It's one of my daily crosses, where Jesus suffers in me and He shares this suffering with me from His Cross, and I unite my portion of the suffering to His. It is through suffering, of its various forms, that the Lord God teaches me the greatest and neatest things - that is: how to love when my pain hurts and stretches my capacity to exemplify patience, kindness, goodness, generosity, and joy. Suffering is redemptive, if I allow Christ to take my hand, since He has already shown me how to suffer. When I came back to Huntsville, I eventually got a degree in Education, and I taught in a local Catholic school for two years teaching middle school Religion and Social Studies. For two years I've taught Spanish Confirmation class with a couple dear friends, and Sunday school for twelve years. The Catholic Faith is important to me. I even work for my Parish community serving around the church setting up for events, maintenance, and a long list of other tasks. I like reading, especially spiritual writings from the saints, watching movies, walking and playing with my dog, Belle, visiting with family, and spending time outdoors. Although, I'm not a Veterinarian; God is not done with me yet!
45, Tuscaloosa, ALLiving out my faith is the most important part of my life. I had a prodigal past and Jesus saved me and the Holy Spirit sanctified me and continues the work of my sanctification. I was born catholic but I didn't begin understanding my faith until around 9 years ago and I love it. I have two dogs that I like spending time with. I enjoy hanging out with family and friends. I have a fatherless 15 yr old God son living in my neighborhood that I drive to school each morning, and I also have several non catholic kids in my neighborhood that I like spending time with. They go to Church with me and I help them with their homework. I find joy in helping others. I would love to share my life, love, graces, kindness, humor, heart & soul with an attractive catholic woman in the near future. I believe God has prepared me. Although I believe that discernment is an important part of marriage.
62, Prattville, ALFormer fighter pilot, I retired from the military but work now as a software engineer as a civil servant. I'm a widower now for four years after 21 years of marriage. My only child just completed a major in biology, minor in chemistry; currently bunking at home while looking for work in her profession. She is my greatest blessing; my best piece of work by His grace. Licensed as a foster parent; had a "son" for a year who was recently reunited with family. Looking for someone to do those things with that are awkward to do alone like eating out, dancing, conversation--I've been trying real hard to quit talking to myself :-) I enjoy other activities that are just more fun when done with others like hiking, golf, and cooking.
38, Irvington, ALI go to St. Vincent DePaul Catholic Church in Tillmans Corner. I work as a correctional officer( corporal) . I have several pets. Save other interests for meeting.
51, Montgomery, ALThe most influential people in my life have been my parents, brothers & and a couple special friends along the way. My mom modeled her Catholic faith unlike anybody else I've ever known. There have been a couple coaching friends (I coached college baseball for a few years) that influenced me greatly as well. The way the ran their programs and dealt with their players. I've had a reversion of sorts to my Catholic faith back in September/October 2010 when a special friend came into my life and modeled their faith in a very excited way that it flipped my switch to learn more about my faith. By listening to many Lighthouse Catholic Media CD's and then attending a Cursillo retreat, I've learned so much about the Catholic faith and thereby actually taken ownership of it. In my leisure time I enjoy working out and trying to stay in shape, playing golf (and trying to find my ball in the woods as a result, ;).... ), hunting/fishing, and even ball room dancing. I enjoy live music and dancing in general as well. Just in my blood. A little fyi.... For those women reading this who reject the teaching of the church on pre-marital sex, I urge you to join me in pursuing a pure and chaste dating life. And accept nothing less from the guy who pursues you! I've been committed to a pure and chaste lifestyle since November 2010 (when the fire was lit for my faith), and have never looked back. Yes, it's a battle and struggle at times, but it's so worth it. My mind so much clearer when getting to know a woman I meet for lunch or dinner, who I'm considering dating. When there's no sexual agenda, it's such a purer "get to know you session." I honestly believe us men who constantly pursue sexual favors from women when dating them have worn y'all down all these years, and thereby you've dropped your bar way down to our level. I bet every woman in the world, when younger, believe and hope the they'll be a virgin when they marry (and so will the man if they're very lucky). But at least they'll be one. And as they start dating, realize it's impossible to find man who cherishes their purity, and eventually give in. And thereby raising the chances for divorce later on should they get married. There's so much good material out there that sells the pure and chaste lifestyle. Jason & Christina Evert have tons of it. "I kissed dating goodbye" by Joshua Harris rocked my world. The best way to tame a man is by dating him in a pure and chaste manner. Aren't you worth it?
51, Auburn, ALMusic. Classical guitar. Recording studios. Performance in church and coffee houses. Science. Astronomy. Oceanography. Whale watching. Flying. Musicians, Professors, and family and friends have exercised the most influence in my life. Attending college, my national service, and my career in aviation have been the most rewarding experiences.
54, Mobile, ALI'm a loving generous loyal caring and loving man who values a woman's intellectual advice. I'm looking for that special someone between the ages of 45 and 54. I like all sorts of music I love to go fishing camping and going out to the beach. I love going out to movies ice cream shops and if you name any other things I'm open to those also there's not too much I don't like to do I like broadening my knowledge and enjoy going to Zumba classes I know that's a woman thing but I enjoyed doing zumba it keeps me physically fit LOL. I enjoy going to the gym and working out and I'm currently on a diet to lose another 40 pounds to get to my perfect weight. I'm an easy-going guy that has lots of love to share with that Perfect Mate. I'm seeking a mature woman that's not afraid to show her emotions. She must be knowledgeable and be able to carry on an intelligent conversation but on the other hand she must be laughable and funny and at times sarcastic LOL. So if you think you're this kind of person send me a message I would love to meet you look what's important is the love we have for one another I'm looking for a long-term relationship and want someone that is compatible with me.
26, Montgomery, ALRecent convert to Catholicism. I work for the Air Force and I am new to Alabama. I'm open to try almost anything, and love learning new things. No pets yet, but I'm open to that too!
28, Decatur, ALHello, thanks for stopping by. I'm an introvert that is a people person and so pretty good at faking being a extrovert... I don't know how that works. I'm passionate about my convert faith and learning more about it. My Family. Music and movies of all kinds. Creative Writing and coming up with plots and stories. Asking the stupid questions that turn out not to be so stupid. I'm also an avid people person/pleaser and like to make people around me feel comfortable, usually through a wisecrack ice-breaker and humor. I also think too much and am a bit random... there are logical connections with what comes out of my mouth they're just not readily apparent sometimes to those not living in my head. I'm also enthusiastic about anything or anyone that can show me a new way of looking at things. The people that have most effected my life would have to be my parents, a whole slew of Priests, Sisters, and Brothers, and honestly several people I've met in the Average Joe work force. In my off time I enjoy reading, writing, going for walks (rain can be a plus), and watching movies (good and terrible ones for differing entertainment needs).

49, Daphne, ALI am a Navy veteran of three wars. I am divorced and just got a small business off the ground. Professionally, I am a pretty successful guy. Personally, I am a bit broken and work very hard to overcome it. My faith is very important to me. I am looking for a good woman not necessarily to fix me emotionally. I have to do that myself, but actually make me a priority in her life. Take a chance on me. You will not be disappointed.
