49, Golden Valley, AZI am a very dedicated catholic. I am seeking someone who would be my best friend. I live about 2 hours southeast of Las Vegas, NV in a quiet little town near Kingman, AZ. I grew up in Chicago and moved to Phoenix where I lived the majority of my adult life with brief stops in Washington state and Tennessee. So I have both big city life and small town aspects in my life. I live a simple life and am looking for a best friend to share this with. I am an Extraordinary Eucharist Minister of Holy Communion for my parish and bring the Holy Eucharist to the homebound. I am also an Usher and a Children's Catechist for my parish, though I have taken this school year off to refresh and emphasize my efforts in other ministries, I am the EWTN Media Missionary for my parish and the Kingman area community. I watch EWTN a lot and listen to both EWTN and The Catholic Channel a lot on satellite radio. I am a Vincentian with our parishes local St. Vincent de Paul Society conference. For the last couple of years I was the conferences Spiritual Advisor, but circumstances have occurred that the conference was in more need of my skills to be their Treasurer. So I am offering guidance for the new Spiritual Advisor as I guide the conference forward as their new Treasurer and also do home visits to needy families once a week to offer assistance to them. In addition to the ministries that I am involved with, I felt the Lord has guided me into taking much better care of myself. So I have embarked on a new journey in my life, I now do aerobic activity and strength training three times a week. I am also using a computer program to keep track of my diet in an effort to eat healthier and help keep better control of some medical conditions.
38, McNeal, AZA few of my favorite things are the smell of rain and freshly cut grass, playing chess or other games with friends, trying new recipes, planting and watching a garden grow, computers / website design, mountain biking and peanut butter --pretty much anything with peanut butter, but peanut butter fudge is a huge weakness! Sometimes you might find me hanging upside down... I like to see things from a different perspective. That being said, I may never outgrow a childhood pastime --swinging in a park full of majestic trees, absorbing the scents of spring, listening to birds chirp and children screaming and laughing as an ice cream truck rounds the corner. One of the things I'm most passionate about is evangelism. I've written a book containing many articles intended to help expound our faith and bridge divisions between Christians/Protestants and Catholics, especially since I've been fruitfully involved with other churches over the years. I've also set up two educational websites.
49, Mesa, AZRemember to pray for me. My faith is the most important aspect of my life. I have five children and eight grandchildren with one on the way. It's a shocker, I know. I'm pro-life. :) my kids range in age from 31 down to 14. Two still live with me. I'm also fortunate to have my parents close by. Family gatherings are always a blast. I'm very active at my church as a Knight of Columbus. I teach RE to Junior High kids who really have no faith formation so your prayers for them are very much appreciated. I pray for them all the time that they will fall in love with God and be on fire and never want to abandom Him. I cook, I clean, I do dishes, laundry, iron, vacuum; I mean, really; who else is going to do it? I work on my own vehicles and do my own yard work. I love being outdoors. Biking, hiking, camping, fishing, skiing, really anything outside. I really am a regular guy but I can make my life sound exotic by telling you I've lived in Germany twice. I've been to France, Austria, the Netherlands and all over Germany. I've skied in the Rhone mountains. I've camped in Germany and Canada, the PNW and Texas. I canoed the Boundary Waters and Puget Sound. I fish for halibut and silvers in Alaska. I camped in British Columbia, Germany, Texas and Washington including a backpacking trip on the Indian Henry Trail on Mount Rainier. I rode my motorcycle from Tucson to SF, helped drive a car to Tacoma and then on to Boise, hosted a Catholic youth retreat there, drove back to SF and hopped on my bike for the ride back to Tucson on little sleep; I was 18. I've been to Mexico and Canada. I biked the very first MS ride from Tacoma to Portland on my Peugot touring bike. I've rappelled in Texas. I was on a Jr ROTC shooting team that beat out over half of the ROTC teams that competed. I speak and read German. I watch foreign movies. I fix stuff; I'm handy. I have a Jeep that has over 331,000 miles on it that I wouldn't hesitate driving across country because I'm the guy who works on it. In all, I am a regular hard working family man who works to keep God at the center of my life.
34, Phoenix, AZI'm passionate about learning, history, and sharing adventures with family and friends. It's satisfying to get out and enjoy life. I look forward to having a family of my own someday. Finding things that are important to me, losing them, and knowing it can be found again, has inspired me to improve my life. Knowing my place in things is truly satisfying. As for spare time, I can usually be found reading (online and off), or out with friends. Or out at a shooting range, hiking, or going to gym. That last one is especially helpful blowing off steam after a long day.

43, Gilbert, AZI was born and raised in Arizona and went to Mt. Carmel and Brophy, before I went to St Mary's College in Moraga, CA. I am a mortgage loan officer and enjoy my work. My family and I are close, all live in Gilbert and are practicing Catholics. I enjoy a good movie or book, I'm a pretty decent cook and enjoy the creativity and art of a good meal and great company. My home is close to Val Vista and Ray. I enjoy being a Godfather and uncle to great nieces and nephews. Any questions, feel free to ask away and I look forward to meeting you.
20, Scottsdale, AZHi, I'm a junior-year honors student at Arizona State University, where I'm double-majoring in Linguistics and Anthropology and minoring in History. I'm passionate about a lot of things -- I love to read, I'm a fan of movies, I sing in a choir on campus, I play the piano, I love to travel, I enjoy spending time with my friends, I'm always looking to learn more about anything and everything -- but first and foremost I'm passionate about God, His Church, and my family. I'm using CM because I want to meet someone else who feels the same way, who takes her faith seriously, and who wants to find something serious and meaningful.

51, Phoenix, AZThings I am passionate about..., I like to read, develop intellectual thought, pursue my hobbies (working on my Mercedes), focus on my career, and have close relationships with my friends and family. Most influential people are my friends, family and relationship with the Lord. Leisure - I don't do much leisure time - if I have time, I am working on a project at home.
24, Phoenix, AZI have always wanted to be a writer for a while, with a book almost done after many years of experience. I enjoy watching nerdy movies and TV shows, and critically analyzing their philosophy as part of my blog side project. But none of these things mean anything if I can't enjoy it with someone I love and who also loves me back. This can bring out the best in me and it can be my redemption song.
72, Benson, AZI am honest, sometimes to a fault, integrity and truthfulness are important parts of my life. I really like traditional and Bluegrass music, as I am from Kentucky originally, and they are natural parts of life there. I appreciate cleanliness not only about self, but my vehicles, home, yard etc. I think the ability to put one's spouse above self is mandatory in any successful relationship/marriage. I enjoy being at home as much, if not more, than going out for dinner. I enjoy entertaining and also enjoy the old western movies ie. Gunsmoke, Shootout in Tombstone etc. I like to love, laugh and be happy and try not to take a number of things in life too seriously. I find enjoyment in some of life's more insignificant things. I open doors, be it a building, or car, routinely. Chivalry is not dead. Good manners, politeness and courtesy always play a major role in a man's love and respect for his woman. I always try to find a reason to laugh even at a hospital or funeral home without losing the seriousness of the occasion. I want to have my favorite funny story (or two) read at my funeral. Money is certainly important and necessary to have a comfortable life. However, it cannot be the centerpiece around which a relationship is built and lived. At this time of our lives, neither party should need the other to financially survive. My Catholic faith is extremely important to me, and I go to Mass through the week whenever possible and I do not question any teachings of the Church. I do not drink, smoke or use profanity. I am a strong very conservative Republican and I enjoy camping.
