I am retired from the Coast Guard and the County of San Bernardino. I retired in the San Francisco Bay area and lived in the Central Valley near Stockton for about 6 years before retuning to the Inland Empire to assist in the care of my elderly parents. I worked for the County of San Bernardino for 10 years and retired this past March. I like walking on the beach, bicycling and walking/hiking. I recently took up Pilates to help improve my physical condition. The photo that I posted here is kind of old. I will be posting some photos in the near future, the one that I had was old and my appearance has changed, to the better I hope! I have lost 25+ lbs. and I shaved my beard of 16 years. I have so many thing that I can put into this profile but I think that this is enough to start. If you read this profile and would like to know more, feel free to contact me and I would be glad to answer your questions. Well, that's it for now. Take care and God bless!

  • Don, 66 from Palm Springs, CA

I am a 66 year old Latino, never married. I don't have children. I can not have children. I have many interest like reading, riding bicycle, exercise, walking, hiking, movies, writing, cooking, watching the news, travel, massage therapy, indigenous cultures, and politics. I feel the environment is important and we should all attempt to protect it. Also, I like animals and nature. I work in the mental health field as a licensed clinician. I attend Sunday mass with my elderly father who resides in Palm Springs. I have sad news about my father. He passed away on Feb. 6, 2017. I miss him very much. I am the only remaining member of my immediate family. Memories of my father will remain in my heart! He was my father as well as my friend! I am a supporter of the Maryknoll Missions and am an affiliate of the Los Angeles Chapter. Part of our mission is to assist others by doing projects throughout the year. Mission work is important to me and now part of my life. I consider myself a liberal Catholic who basically maintains the given standards established by the Catholic church. I believe in Social Justice and feel this is part of being Catholic. As a Catholic, I believe that we are all involved in mission work as our goal is to spread the word of God by word and action. I believe in the rights of all, especially women. I am not the macho type as I feel men should support the goals and desires of women, especially the woman they call wife. Men and women are equal! Take care, God bless you and thank you for reading my profile.

    64, Rancho Cucamonga, CA
My favorite activity is riding my motorcycle - especially with my friends. We generally ride on sunny days & go up to Big Bear or down to the beach for lunch. Trying out different restaurants is our main goal. When one of us comes up with a new food place we all try it out & give a thumps up or thumps down. Sometimes we end up having Pizza. I enjoy dinner & a movie or live theater. I also enjoy hiking in the mountains & walking on the beach - I am amazed by nature & all its variety & complexity. I am a history buff so I read daily - the book I'm reading know is about Thomas Jefferson by Jon Meacham.

  • Mike, 79 from La Quinta, CA
    79, La Quinta, CA
My name is Mike.. I'm a good guy and fun date who realizes the years flying by way too fast and I would like to find a drama free lady with similar interests to enjoy the remaining ones with.. I believe wealth can be measured in many different ways. I own a very modest home, have a steady income and my bills are manageable. I'm in good health and in reasonably good shape. In my opinion, that combination classifies me as wealthy. My looks are average, or perhaps a little above or below. A matter of opinion. You will have to decide for yourself. I'm somewhat overweight. Not grossly. I just don't fit the charts for my height. I don't think I ever have. I walk, ride my bike and/or workout most days. Nothing major. Just enough to keep the extra calories looking their best. I am not extravagant. I am clean, well groomed, dress nicely and to the occasion. I even own a tux. I enjoy most of the usual things. Dining in and out, most music, dancing, the theater, good friends, travel, near and far and most of all the company of a good woman. I am monogamous and I am looking to meet someone who also chooses to be in a monogamous relationship. She should relate to what I wrote, have time to travel on occasion and be a woman who's desire for romance and affection has not slipped away over the years. If you fit the above the description, think we might be compatible and would like to meet a good guy who treats a lady like a lady, drop me a note. I'll respond with the rest of my story and we'll see where it goes. I'm realistic enough to realize that most meetings do not result in a match. We'll never know if this is the exception unless we meet. So, if you are seeking a relationship and not a pen pal, drop me a note. I'll respond with the rest of my story and we'll see where it leads Thank you!

  • Joe, 77 from Menifee, CA
    77, Menifee, CA
I was a Senior systems analyst until my retirement in 2002. I still spend most of the day on the computer, following the news with, and managing my portfolio using their webpage, along with judicious use of credit cards. I am proud of accepting 18 month free credit card offers to save expenses while my portfolio increases in value, effectively "investing" in the card by finally paying the bills after the money has grown, lately more than 10%. I was introduced to my late wife in 1963 by a computer dating service designed by 2 psychologists. I fell in love at first sight and was happily married for 50 years and 130 days. I have one son who has been married for 26 years. I credit my father and my wife with the lion's share of whatever is good about me.
